Within one hour, I was there to pick-up my print job and it was ready and waiting for me. This is despite the fact the store was busy when I arrived. I only mention this because often I have print jobs that are not ready when I arrive (at other stores). The person who helped me explained he went through effort to align the margins because he saw the margins initially seemed "off". I can appreciate this, because you don't always know how the margins will look on the final end product and I couldn't even run a test print at home. The quality of the ink and color is EXCELLENT, as is the paper weight. Its semi-glossy and the color superseded my expectations. I should have captured the name of the person who helped me. He really cared about the end result and deserves credit. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the UPS print shop at this particular location (Pima & Pinnacle Peak). Given the quality and the rush, this a good value.

That's simply not true--there are several other shipping services that are significantly less expensive and, more importantly, don't treat their customers like shit. If you value basic customer service and not being treated like an inconvenience, I'd strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

After Tina wrote up the invoice, she took off to help another client and just left my six watches sitting on the counter. Any customer could've picked up a watch and walked out the door with it. Then about 12 days later, I had to actually call the store to find out if my watches were finished. I've had batteries changed out at the store multiple times. It only takes a day or two to accomplish this.. Tina never had any intention of calling me. They were just sitting on her desk. This is really bad customer service. The day I went to pick up the six watches Tina was not in the shop. My six watches were thrown into a Ziploc bag in a pile on top of each other. I was an aghast when I saw the Ziploc bag with the watches . The way the watches were thrown in the bag the watch faces could've been easily scratched. The woman that waited on me when I picked up the watches was very nice, and she was also upset about the way the way the watches were thrown into the Ziploc bag. She took out each watch and wrapped it in tissue paper for me and then placed it into a Michaels store bag. I've never seen Tina in the store before, but I hope she never waits on me again. This is not good customer service. I've had two other women help me and I've also had a man help me in the store and the experience has always been enjoyable. Tina may have thought these watches were not expensive enough for her to pay any attention to. But there was at least $15,000+ worth of watches sitting in that Ziploc bag. I hope Tina never waits on me again.
