I've always liked the FedEx Office stores and always thought the staff was great BUT this was was AWFUL. The two KNOW IT ALL employees were very unwelcoming. I planned to use a workstation, as I've always done at many stores, to sort out some print jobs but they told me I have to pay by the minute. WTF??? I've used FedEx Office all over the country and never heard of this stupidity. They should get rid of those terrible employees. All the other stores have been great, until this AWFUL one. read more

This is the best Fed Ex on this side of town in my opinion. Every time I put in a print order , I get it same day even if I show up before my appointed time or if it's not scheduled for the following day. They usually call me and tell me my papers are ready and can be picked up . The prices are affordable and the staff are always nice and welcoming! read more

Only clerk available certainly did not want to assist in helping me make xerox copies, and quoted over $100 to make 100 or so copies? Based on her pricing alone, she didn't want to work. . My customer service experience is top-notch. They always greet me with a smile and an update on how soon they will service me when I enter, which I really appreciate! The staff has been great at using packing supplies and tape, it makes sending packages feel safe (and less wasteful)! Each service has been efficient which is exactly what you want when sending packages. I rarely use other services here, so to be in-and-out in a timely manner is why I keep coming back to this location. Pricing can vary depending upon what you want to ship; they've got both affordable options as well as ones that will cost more if need be - but so far everything's gone smoothly and haven't had a delay or tracking issue "Knock on Wood" Bravo on the their excellent tracking system and SMS updates. This FedEx office is Awesome!!! Out of five places I called, this location is the only one that answered their question phone and did not put me on eternal hold. I needed to quickly print out and scan an important document for school and was assisted with a smile. Extremely rare theses days. Lots of other people walked in and out with expedited service. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Only downside is, they are closed on Sundays, otherwise it's a great location with awesome customer service. read more

Never....Ever...Go here for a Print Job unless you want to go Bankrupt!!!! Went here to sent a Package for Next day delivery and wanted to scan some docs. (My mistake, I should have gone to the library and have done it for free). They charge 45 cents per minute which is Ok, But the Scanner they have here is a antique one probably the first generation of Printers ever made. It took a minute to warm up and i thought it might be for the first page. Then it took a minute again to warm up for the second page. I asked the Fedex rep and she advised me to scan all the pages as one document instead of separate documents. I thought i might be doing it wrong, So started scanning all the pages as a single document and to my surprise it took more than a minute or more to warm up again for each and every page. By the time i scanned half of documents the counter is already showing $6.80 at which point i decided to quit and do the rest of scanning somewhere else. So, it's $6.80 to scan 5 pages (it's just a scan to email not even printing). I complained this to the store assistant manger. His response - " Well, it is like that and we may have to get it inspected. That's the reason we ask customers to bring the documents to be scanned in a Flash Drive " I explained him, i came there for scanning documents and not for printing and the only way to do it is to scan the physical documents. "Ok, We will get it inspected. Somebody has to look at it " So, Please stay away from this place for your Print / Scan Jobs. go somewhere else. read more

I have been shipping items for the past 5 years and I have to say that this is THE worst place to ship your item. I pack ALL of my own items and not ONE time in the past 5 years have I had an employee at a UPS, post office or FedEx store EVER tell me that the item had to be re-boxed in order for it to fit on the truck. THEY did and I was forced to purchase a box. Not only that, but EVERY time I walk in this place, I am asked what I am shipping. I have NEVER been asked that till I walked into there. So, since I knew it was the last time I was EVER going to drop a box there (i only did it because of the convenience), I was asked what I was shipping and I told them used vibrators. PLEASE avoid this place like the plague. read more

Showed up at 8:35 (they close at 9) and they were closed. It's two weeks before Christmas. Disappointed is an understatement.

The Fedex office is great. I've been here many times in the past. My printer at home broke and couldn't print off my tickets to Comicon. The guy helping us printed a color copy for a momento and the copy for us to sign in to the convention to meet Stan Lee. Super excited but stressed that our printer was broke.
