I received an email saying no one approved a rush order and that my order is scheduled for a delivery of the 10th I called and spoke to them on the phone On the 7th asking for clarification on what they meant, and to reiterate that if I can't have them by the 8th I need to cancel. Throughout the conversation I offered :that if they must be shipped That 2nd day is no longer needed and that I should be refunded the money for 2nd day air. Words can not describe the lack of care and the "" it isn't my fault / problem it's yours ""attitude that I revived. Shortly after the conversation I received an email From their customer service department: ...."I was not contacted by anyone to rush the order, therefore, even though it's scheduled to ship FedEx 2nd Day Air the due date remained 3/10/14." That's 10 days later from ordering. @ no time throughout any contact either by email or phone did the words "let me see what I can do" , "I am sorry" or anything that resemble professionalism or care of their customers. All that was iterated was the inconvenience to them selves and that someone else would have to pay for it. I would look else where for your printing needs if I were you. I work hard for my money, and I prefer to give it to those who work equally hard at their jobs to earn it.

I used this little Countryside Village Post Office recently when I was visiting my friend in Fayetteville, and it's perfectly adequate. It was close to closing time so that might explain why nobody seemed very friendly but at the same time the USPS is not notorious for being friendly. They were not rude either, and it was nice and quiet and clean and new-looking.

This post office isn't too shabby. The parking is kind of strange and can get filled up pretty…read moreeasily, but usually the cars aren't there very long. I normally don't go to this location because I've had issue with shipping costs in the past with them. I was suspicious of their pricing once, so I did an experiment with 2 packages. Each one weighed the same and were in the exact same box. This location charged me more than the one in Bayberry by limiting my shipping options. That was a very disappointing result and confirmed that I need to ship from Bayberry. This could be an isolated issue, but seems to be the regular when I came here in the past. So one of the perks of this post office is that they do passports. They also have a camera there to take your photo. The guy that does them is extremely efficient and knows exactly what you need to do if you are confused at all. One thing that is huge, is they typically stop doing them at 330, even though they close at 5. I can't say I agree with that policy, instead I feel 430 would be a fair stopping point. So all in all, not a great experience, but not a terrible one either.

This is such a tiny post office that it is easy to miss. They close for lunch and when they do they…read morelock the building. The building is also locked for the day when no one is there. This makes it tough to get your mail because the only door they have is the outside door. This means that if you can't get there during business hours then you can't get your mail. The people that work there are nice once you get to know them. I don't appreciate having to wait to pick up packages though. I'll get a slip in my mailbox and get told that's it's on the mail truck. We get our mail delivered to our house and they won't drop my packages off but they will drive around with them. That's seems weird to me.
