The woman working in a red sweatshirt made it a point to condescendingly tell me she had signs in six places all of which said "housekeeping" with a paragraph of text and then go a rant about people on breaks and being behind. If I'm supposed to know "red, blue, or green" Amazon baskets means also put your regular UPS packages here, then that should be much more clear.

I felt uncomfortable handing it over because it contains other important files. In the end, I was charged a $1.75 "file opening fee" plus $0.63 for the color print. After looking at the situation in more detail it appears this excessive markup seems to only apply to Sunday delivery. Through Fed Ex a Sunday delivery by noon 111.44 and through Pack and pay a lot, it would have been in excess of $300. Pack a Pay a lot charged us 102.85 for a Monday by 8pm which is Standard Overnight and Fed Ex would have charged 98.14, which isn't much of a price difference.

They won't scan in packages and instead made me put the package in this cart with DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. It's now 4 days later and my packages were "picked up" last night. I see why they don't scan them in. It's liability. Since they didn't scan it and I didn't get a confirmation of me dropping off my packages now I'm stuck with my word against theirs.
