I recently visited this FedEx store and was met with a lack of customer service. I had a simple…read morerequest of mailing a document from A to B and generating a prepaid label for B to A to put with the document so the recipient doesn't have to pay money to mail the document back to me. I was first shuttled to a computer to do it all myself and spent 20mins just trying to print the first label A to B. The internet was slow and then I ran into an issue with being able to pay for the second label B to A. Finally, a rep came to help but instead of offering to help they simply gave me a lot of "No we can't do that" or " you have to do that on your account". This further agitated me. Every time I tried to explain I just need a prepaid label going from B to A, they state I had to do a return label on my account. It was very clear the rep didn't want to help (probably because I'm very agitated at this point) and wasn't listening fully to provide me with the correct answer. The manager was watching and didn't intervene to help at all. I left abruptly, frustrated and with only 1 label of 2 labels I needed. The task seemed impossible at this location. Went to the north town location and was helped effortlessly.

When I called to confirm this had happened, the individual I spoke to was unhelpful, indicating that it is totally normal for people to receive email meant for another person -- that may be true but the lack of concern around sharing my social was disconcerting. We headed out to get it and received an e-mail stating the package was being returned to sender. We called this business and the male employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He stated he sent it back as he had not ordered anything. He would not let us speak. He stated he received just a small pittance for providing this service. We called UPS and they stated that this business, as a UPS access Point should not have sent it back. A complaint has been filed with UPS as they can't re-direct package nor can the vendor. So the merchandise will be sent back to the sender.
