The ups driver dumps my tools worth 2,500 dollars at the apartments main mailbox for regular mail. U know the one that's just a big metal block with slits for each number apartment, well the 2 big boxes won't fit in those little slits that regular mail would so this genius says its a smart idea and leaves my tools worth 2500 dollars on the ground next to apartment complex main mail box. Luckily a mom knocks on my door and tells me her kid stole it and she's returning it.wtf come on ups driver is very lazy can't knock on door? And I paid a good amount for shipping. read more

This place is NOT a customer-focused business, should not have UPS but OOPS (we don't give a sh#&) on the door. E-mailed them about a concern, no response. E-mailed UPS (a very large company) and got a personalized response right away. In this hyper-competitive world, we live in it is amazing they are in business. read more

I did an online print order. The order was received, but they did not do it. I had confirmation that it would be done at 8:30 am, but when I came in at 11:30am it was not even started. They did fix it for me by doing my order right then, but I was late to work because of their disorganization. Do not order online print orders here, they won't get done. If you need a print job email them directly. read more

I rarely complain about service but the lack of it at the UPS Store at 29th and Southeast Blvd takes the cake. UPS lost a box sent to my son that contained his Christmas presents. When I asked UPS about the insurance (UPS could have cared less and just wrote the package off) I was informed that it was sent the UPS Store from where the shipment originated. I walked in on 2/18/21 and asked about the funds and was informed that they had the check but the owner had not signed it and was not around. I requested a phone call from the owner but as 2/24/21 nothing. Additionally I requested a refund of shipping fees since the package did not arrive and the contract was not completed. The individual working the counter told me "We do not do that and that will not happen". I stated I expected a telephone call by 2/19/21 from the owner and the less than stellar employee stated that it will not happen. I will never give UPS or the UPS Store on 29th and Southeast Blvd any personal or professional business ever again. I have choices and my money spends pretty much everywhere. HELLO FEDEX and USPS, and goodbye and good ridden to UPS. read more

I've always found the staff to be helpful and polite. It seems like they care about what they are doing and this is what you want when you turn a package containing something irreplaceable over to someone. Even at busy times they keep things moving so it is never a long wait. I've even had items notarized, but call first to make sure the notary is working. Give'em a go. read more

This is not a review of this store specifically, but UPS service in Spokane. They are horrible! I will be choosing USPS or FedEx from now on. Since I moved to Spokane 8 months ago I've been the recipient of about 8 UPS-shipped packages, and shipper for 2. UPS lost both of the packages I shipped from UPS locations, although they were scanned at drop-off. UPS eventually located and delivered them, but with no tracking updates, and delivered 1-2 weeks late only after I filed lost package claims. If I had not filed claims, they'd still be in a pile of dust somewhere. Of the packages I've received, all of them have arrived dirty, covered in fine dust, as if they were rolled in a stockyard. Vacuum your trucks UPS! One package of three from Home Depot that I needed for a home improvement job was lost, with no tracking information, so I had to go out and buy another tool locally for $$$ The package eventually showed up a week late, only after I filed a lost claim with the shipper. read more

Complete rip off! I will be seeking legal action. Charges double on items, said 2 packages weighed 15lbs EACH! One weighs 7lbs & the other weighs 4lbs!!!! Also broke one item!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Cost me $140 to ship a jacket & a few wine glasses to Colorado with UPS Ground! They rob you! I'll be filing with the better business bureau and seeking legal action. read more

I give it a 5 because My uncle Davin needed to get my birth certificate and the owner Larry went out of his way to take care of me and got all my questions answered. I will continue to use UPS's services and would highly recommend it to anyone that needs something taken care of. read more

I have never received customer service so poor as I did today at the UPS Store. A woman named Oona was so rude. She was most unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. I will never give them my business again, and I advise you to look elsewhere for shipping and printing services. If a store employs someone with such poor customer skills, I will not support them. read more
