I've never had an issue with my business account; and in 2021 for a store to say if you don't have your paper receipt there's no way to track the item is honestly ridiculous. The employee in training never gave me a carbon copy. Manager was very condescending; Jason Legaspi who stated I've been doing this 31 years; first of all that has nothing to do with the situation as he wasn't there when the transaction occurred. Second I've already spoken with UPs corporate who stated it's the actual location who adds the shipment to the UPS account which was not done. Basically stated that without my receipt it's my fault and I'm lying. Never offered an apology and didn't even look into it to figure something out. He was more agitated with his employee trying to help me on the phone as I heard him in the background state 'stop eating time tell him I'll handle it' . This UPS store always finds a way to screw something up.... first experience i've had with them they delivered my package to the wrong apartment. Second experience i missed the time the delivery guy came and they left a notice that they will send my package to the access point .. meaning they won't try a 2nd or 3rd attempt to deliver my package and it seems they're too lazy to do their jobs. Overall my satisfaction with their work ethics are on a negative viewpoint. However, the owner was very helpful in assisting me with the issue and that was an upside with these incidents. read more

I have two mailboxes at this location (Lincoln Center), for two different businesses. I am in this store at least three times a week, picking up mail, picking up deliveries, shipping, etc. It is a BUSY store! This is not one of those places where I say, "I HAVE to go to UPS today". Instead, I say, "I GET to go to UPS today". Even when they are overwhelmingly inundated, they still smile, they are still professional, and I still catch them giving the customer in front of them their full and undivided attention. Approximately 2 months ago we attempted to ship a box to florida. Apprpximately 2 weeks later the box returned stating that the FL address didn't exist. They confirmed the address with us and attempted the shipment again. Returned again. More setails in the interim. And at no time did Jason (owner of this UPS Store) or UPS follow up and just take care of this seemingly simple error by calling recipient (clearly stated on label) or any other rectifying measure. Furthermore the staff wanted us to just take our box and go without giving us our money back, stating it would have to come after claim finished. This has turned into quite the customer sercice nightmare for something that could have been so easily resolved. I have been here on two separate occasions, and I can say that each time I left feeling understood, important and energized. These people know the meaning of customer service! I needed to ship off an iPhone for an eBay order and Alison was so helpful and super knowledgeable. It took a very short time to do my business and get a move on. Bottom Line: There is literally NO reason to go anywhere else for your mailing/shipping needs as these guys go above and beyond for their customers. We don't ship next day air often but we were in desperate need of doing so. We went to The UPS Store on Pacific Ave. in Stockton, CA. The overall experience at the store was great, staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. They packaged our items with care and looked very secure. With COVID, shipping is a challenge these days with guarantee delivery days/times. With this being said, the staff were confidant our shipment would arrive the next day (very expensive) but times were not a guarantee. Well, the package went to Ontario then was to head to our destination but went MIA in Ontario for 16 hours. Needless to say, our package did not arrive the next day as we had paid for. I was on the phone with UPS and The UPS Store for hours trying to track our package down, as it was imperative it arrive the next day. We received conflicting updates that the driver couldn't deliver, it was delayed but no reason. Finally received an update late on the day it was to arrive, that is was going to be late and would arrive the following day (2 day air) by 10:30 am (it was still in Ontario at time of update). Obviously we were frustrated, the situation was out of our control. The package did arrive as stated on the 2nd day by 10:30 am, better late than never for sure. I contacted the manager at The UPS Store, he was very understanding and easy to talk to. He knew how important it was for our package to arrive next day. He assured me he would follow-up with UPS about our unfortunate delivery experience but not to expect to hear anything quickly as it could take several days. When the manager and I did touch base, we were more than happy with the results from The UPS Store. He did follow through on his word which was much appreciated. It was at no fault of The UPS Store that the delivery didn't arrive as scheduled but their customer service during the process was beyond grateful. read more

It is expensive to have a mail Box here almost double what other UPS stores charge it's ridiculous they even raised the prices that were already too high, and if you don't pay they charge an additional $25 late fee to their already ridiculously over priced service. I've been a long time customer but I'm moving on its way too expensive for me I get the same or better service with any other UPS store and at almost half the price! HALF! The reviewer from Tracy should go back to Tracy. I have used this facility for years and all my shipping labels are printed at home. They hardly make any money from me but are always helpful. When there is a long line I can put my packages (with prepaid labels) down at the end of the counter and they will take care of them for me later. No waiting ! When I have 50 pound (and heavier) packages I borrow their dolly and if a package is really heavy they come out and help me with it . Was very easy to get in and get a document notarized (with appointment). While I was there I realized they did printing and laminating too, so I was able to get some pictures printed and laminated that I needed. Even though I didn't have a Zip drive or CD, they let me email the photos so we could print them. Jason and his crew are awesome. So, my bad. I lost my receipt when I got home. This is NOT UPS fault, but my own. However, I tried calling to see if it was possible if my transaction could be looked up so that I could come down and have my receipt reprinted. Again, not UPS fault, but what happened next is: First call: UPS can you hold? Sure. I Wait 3 Minutes. So, I call again. UPS can you hold? No. Not if you are going to blow me off. Put on hold ANYWAY without even apparently hearing me say NO. So, I am now 5 minutes into my call and still on hold. WTF point is there if you have phones if you don't plan on taking calls? I worked in customer service for 30 years and would have been fired for this kind of thing. Calls are just as important as walk-ins, especially when my tab has already been paid. I am not impressed by any corporation that trains staff not to treat all customers with the utmost respect. WE, the customer, pay your salary, not the other way around. Nice job, UPS. I have used this UPS Store many times. Jason and his staff are always professional, courteous and efficient. Yesterday we asked Anthony for 7 large envelopes to send out signature required. First we had to assemble stacks of personal documents and used the slim counter to finish. Staff was not rude nor rushed us. We wrote the recipients names on the envelopes and gave Anthony our printed list of addresses. He made a long process easy and polished, with tracking numbers. Thanks for such service. You kinda stand there looking around at all the copy machines and packing paper and Styrofoam (don't ever eat one of those new cornstarch environmentally conscious ones) and wonder just how they stay in business? I mean cmon its gotta be tough to make a living selling color copies at .79 CENTS! or stamps at .40 CENTS! Then of course the service usually isn't there. YOU get to figure out how to run the copier, YOU get to choose your paper, YOU get to take your copies to the front counter then YOU get to pay the clerk for the opportunity to use their machine? Hmmmmmm. Well I ventured in to the UPS Store on Pacific Ave. (Right by the new Trader Joe's yeah!) to ship off numerous items back East. Expected the worst. Boy I was surprised. They help you here..... Let me repeat what I just said. THEY...HELP...YOU...HERE. From the "How can I help you", to stepping me through the entire process, I must commend Jason and his staff for a job well done. I was really impressed with an ability their staff has that truly doesn't exist these days in the service world. The concept of the MULTI-TASK. I mean how many times do you walk into a place and the clerk is so laser focused on their customer they wouldn't know it if a naked Clay Aiken walked in.
