I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

We waited in line and once we got to the register the attendant stated she needed some documents printed out and because we were not going back home to print out anything, there was a small fee to do it there with their email address. My wife stated she had returned other packages here and never had to print out anyway so she was surprised that she had to do it this time. It was a small inconvenience, other than that it's still a convenience if you have all the information you need ahead of time!. I will definitely return here for future reasons!.

Since then I have visited three times and each time the employees have been on point with my requests and I have yet to experience any wait times here. I've needed printouts (a bit costly) from my email. I've needed to ship a packaged back to Overstock and I needed copies for a last minute project. This store is a lifesaver! One time in particular, I needed a print out to attend a movie premiere and the library had lost power... well the UPS store saved the day for me! The employees greet you soon as you step foot in the not so big store front building. There are at least two people working in the forefront and perhaps one or two in the back. The professionalism of all here is unmatched! Would I recommend this store...I sure would! I would have recommended it sooner if I had noticed it years ago. There was a line, but that wasn't even the thing that was odd to me.... I had a box to return to Amazon. The guy in there was calling out, "I'll take the next Amazon return or prepaid labels," which makes sense since it was cutting down the line. He would scan their codes or label, ask if they needed anything else, and sent them on their way. He did this for several people in the line who would step out until it got to me.... Then he took a person who was waiting before me for regular service and when it looked like he wouldn't be able to assist because or that someone else was already assisting then he looked up and asked for the next Amazon return or prepaid label. I go up with my box. Now, for reference, my box was from Amazon and was NEVER opened. Still with original Amazon orange tape, etc. When I go up, he scans my QR code and then proceeds to open the box... I didn't see this done with any other person who was taken ahead of me. So I asked him did you open up anyone else's box, and he didn't answer. He continued pulling the items out. Perhaps he didn't hear me. I asked again, "Is there a reason you opened the never opened box? Did you open anyone else's? " He responded with a surprised look, and "Oh, it's so we can consolidate when we send it back to Amazon." Was the surprised look because I was questioning him or because he didn't know why I asked, I wouldn't know. So I said okay. He gave me my receipt and I told him to have a nice day and left. I guess the interaction is up for interpretation, but For me that was an interesting experience and the reason for my giving a neutral rating of 3 stars.

I was so impressed with how clean the facility is. The climate control is legit! It feels amazing throughout the whole facility. The bathrooms are super clean, their cameras definitely work, and the storage I rented and even the one I was shown before are immaculate! When we were finished touring, Ebony was there to help complete the process with Brayanah still there assisting as well and she was equally friendly and helpful. This storage facility is truly a hidden gem and so are the 2 young ladies I mentioned who work there! The price is super affordable in my opinion and the deals they have are amazing!
