First, let me say I hate writing bad reviews. I held off for a little bit because I really didn't want to write this. I used to love coming to this UPS store. This store is clean, empty and I can usually find parking. They have nice customer service reps for the exception of one girl. She appears to be a Caucasian lady in her twenties or early thirties. She wears glasses and had a very nasty attitude with me. I was trying to return an Amazon package and had the item in the box it was shipped in. I did not realize I had to pack it and return it. When I attempted to put the item back in the box, it would fit if you pushed it in the box tightly. I asked her for tape and she said she would not ship it in that box. She was like there is no way that came in the box don't even try. Amazon would have not delivered it in that box. She was calling me a liar. I said No it came in this box she argued with me and said that there was no way it could have arrived in the box. She wouldn't stop arguing with me. It was very uncomfortable. I had to pay to return the package and I was livid. I would have kept It, packaged it and gone to the UPS store in Gardena but I had to go back to work. Very uncomfortable situation. read more

I routinely go here to mail packages and have been told they will not hold usps packages for the mailman to pick up. Every other ups will do this. Also every time I go on the staff will criticize the way I pack my items and how I use the tape. I have been mailing packages all my life at many ups locations without ever having these issues. It is only at this particular location. read more

I thought that I was just supposed to drop it off. You helped me print the labels and find cost effective packaging that i can purchase at the store so that I didnt have to return to the store. Worst UPS store ever. We make Amazon returns at other UPS stores, but this one in particular requires you to box items up and tape closed. If you do not have packaging, they will not take it and will charge you for a box. I don't understand why all the other UPS stores we go to don't require packaging and this one does. This location wants to do the absolute least work possible. Will drive further just to go to another UPS store. read more

This is a brand new location and it's absolutely wonderful!! I came here with my son to get a letter notarized. The letter that we brought with us had a few errors, so it was a relief to learn that this location also offers computer/printing services. Within a few minutes, I was able to redo the letter, print it, and have it notarized. The staff was professional and very helpful! The facility was well organized and clean. Heard on Facebook California Neighborhood group that this newer location opened. This store is great! Friendly staff. Very kind and helpful. They assisted me with notary services and helped mail some documents. They gave me price quotes on the different shipping options. They were very professional. I came here to return an amazon package. I was told a bit rudely that I needed the original box it came in which i didnt have on me at the time. I then had to go back and find one that would work, i wouldnt be charged up the yin yang for a box at ups. I came back a day later to return and asked if they possibly had some tape to tape the box, which I've never had a problem at any other ups stores. They said i had to pay a taping fee of $2!!! What is that!!! I could go buy a roll of tape for that much, I've wasted so gas just having to go and come back and now you want to charge me tape. Horrible customer service! read more

Too expensive! scanning a sheet of paper costs $2, four times what it costs at Fedex. Printing a sheet cost 25c, nearly twice what Fedex charges. Oh and by the way, they add about $1.50 for the first sheet. Stay away unless you can't find any other print shop open. read more

I went in to get an enlarged copy of a photo. It was quick, easy, inexpensive and the service was great.

Returned a couple of items from Amazon at this location today. Parking wasn't a problem (unlike the one next to the 99c store on Redondo Beach/Normandie) and the customer service was great. I heard they're open on Sundays too- from noon to 4pm. That's a plus, as most UPS Stores are closed on Sundays. Will definitely return. read more

Ownership will try to nickle and dime you foreverything beaware. Kinda Shady didnt like my last couple of experiences here. They will try and make you buy a box when its not necessary. Label said ship back with original packaging and they still want you to buy a box. read more
