Best UPS store I've ever been too. Chris is probably the most outgoing UPS employee in the company and has helped me out (saved me money) on several occasions. All the other employees are always more than helpful and pretty much always seem to be in a good mood which is why I only go to this store (even if other locations are convenient).....it's small and in a busy plaza but I've never once waited to be first in line and I'm here making amazon returns on a weekly basis read more

Horrible horrible people run this store. They treated my deaf husband rudely and horribly yesterday to pick up a package for my mother who is in assisted living. I am trying to get her VA benefits and they would not give the package to me either. She is in lockdown in assisted living. Horrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere. Do not go to this business. They hate disabled people and veterans. Minus stars for this business. This is not the only review on Yelp about the terrible service. Terrible experience!!! My daughter was hassled, and told she can't pick up her package because she dares too be too young to have a government ID. First they tell her a school ID is good enough, when she returns with the school ID, Sharon steps in, while another employee was about to hand out the package, to say that school ID is not good enough. The notice left at my door, the email with the purchase, and shipping confirmation, and the school ID were not enough!!!! You must pass Agent Sharon's background check in order to pick up your OWN purchase!! Give some NOBODY the power to abuse!!! Dear Sharon just being is not enough..... step up to the status of human!!! Sadly we had no choice where to go , because we were forced to pick up here, and I truly hope I am not forced to put foot in this store ever again!!!! I've read other reviews, and I noticed that many others had bad experience with Agent Sharon. Maybe she is related with the owner, otherwise it would not make sense to keep employed a person that is sabotaging your business. read more

I cannot express enough how amazing the staff is here at UPS Store in Upland. I have been a customer since 2004 before the ownership changed. It is really good to know that they keep quality staff. My 2 examples are: 1. Luis, newest employee I believe, already has learned my voice and knows my face and immediately goes to retrieve my packages if he is not attending to another customer. 2. Sharon my angel in the moment. I had some medication shipped from Kaiser and had not counted my days appropriately so I was out. I was so nervous that they would not come before they closed. Sharon called me at about 430pm stating my package was there and could fit in my box. That kindness kept me from having to make an unnecessary yet necessary trip to Kaiser for 3 little pills. TRULY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! read more

She was able to package everything nicely and gave me shipping quotes to allow me to pick what best fit in my budget! Wow. Usually the customer service is great here... today the 3 employees were very rude. I was the only customer... Monday at 5:45ish... then they were trying to make me pay for 6 inches of packing tape, while the delivery driver was KINDLY waiting for me when he didn't have too... they close at 7... One employee was Brianna and 2 shorter young ladies... I really appreciate people still working and putting themselves at risk. Even without a pandemic, I appreciate all who are just a little kind. I went in to have a document printed and notarized. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. My only gripe is that they charge $2 per page for plain black and white documents on regular 8.5x11 copy paper: a 5-page single-sided document is $10!!! The UPS web site does not tell you the price to print the document. read more

Took an Amazon return here, and they wanted to charge $2 to put on one piece of tape to seal the box. I've taken Amazon returns to many different UPS stores and this is the first time they asked for $ for tape. I almost paid it because of the hassle of bringing it back, but decided out of principle to take it somewhere else. Won't be coming back here. read more

So I had an amazon drop off and when I went in they said it would be a dollar to close my package with a piece of tape. A dollar to tape a package that they are making money on already through amazon? No thanks! What a rip off establishment! What an exploration scheme! ....and to the manager reply below: The UPS In the neighborhood above foothill Blvd, does not charge for tape as it is complimentary to the shipping contract. I cannot believe the manager is unapologetically justifying this exploration of the customer. With this managers poverty mindset, this place will never make millions from amazon or any customers of value because none will submit to such predatory explorations. Instead, I'll use the UPS on baseline on Upland, down the street from my house. Clearly this UPS has a poverty mindset. read more

Came in to do a live scan and was greeted by a male and female worker. The female was not helpful at all so the male worker helped me. His name was Christian I believe. He was SO patient with all of my questions and through the explanation of everything (I had never done this so I had a lot of questions). With everyone that came in after me he was very courteous and hospitable. He even stopped a few times to help the other associate with what she was doing.
