Came in to do a live scan and was greeted by a male and female worker. The female was not helpful at all so the male worker helped me. His name was Christian I believe. He was SO patient with all of my questions and through the explanation of everything (I had never done this so I had a lot of questions). With everyone that came in after me he was very courteous and hospitable. He even stopped a few times to help the other associate with what she was doing. Unfortunatly this store has broken our trust on multiple occasions. We have a mailbox here and they have actually opened our packages without our permission. They have asked us "what is this?" on other occasions. They refuse to give us our packages without our box key even though we have a photo id. When asked why, the employees just state the owner is rigid and has many policies. Most recently the store has been under renovation and they are " holding our packages in storage" until they can access them. This happened without our prior knowledge or permission. Now we have medications we cannot access until the owner deems we are allowed to have them. These medications are temperature sensitive and may be ruined. This has prompted us to open a new mailbox down the street. The owner of this store will not give us a refund and we have lost this money but the injury must stop. The employees of the new ups store state that many people have similar complaints and switch stores as we have been forced to do. Please consider a different store for your business. I wish we had. read more

Avoid this place. They completely waste your time. After calling to make sure they were open, they also confirmed that they have a notary available on site until 6pm today. Finally got an opportunity for my wife and I go there together to get bank documents notarized, arrived at 145pm just two hours after calling to make sure we could get documents notarized, and was told there was no notary there. Just an hour before I was assured there was a notary on site until 6pm. Guess this place can't use a calendar and a clock at the same time. Wonder what will happen with the package I dropped off....hope it get delivered on schedule. read more

I like this UPS the best because of Sharon. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. They work fast which I appreciate. The only thing I don't like is that it is too hot in the store. But Sharon is a great worker and I followed her from The Hallmark Store which closed so I followed her to this UPS. read more

Umm, just because I live in Rialto CA where it is mostly hispanic. Do not come to my door and say Buenos Dias and drop off a package. This is still the United States of America, not Mexico. You need to train your uneducated driving monkeys that we live in the USA and should be greeted with "Hello, UPS I have a package for you" The name on the package wasn't even Spanish, it was Italian. I have been to this UPS store many times and had a relatively decent experience in the past but I was horrified when I had to do an Amazon return at their store and they were terribly rude. They informed me that if I wanted to put tape on the box that I was making the return in that they would charge me a dollar. They also would not let me have a small cheap plastic bag to put my other item in or I would have to pay three dollars. I get Amazon allows us to return to the UPS store but they try to make it as absolutely as difficult as possible. Nothing like Kohl's where they help you out and do whatever is necessary to get the return processed. Even the manager came over and was very snippy and indicated that if I wanted them to help I would have to pay. Terrible service and very disappointed in this UPS store. I even called Amazon to complain and was informed that the UPS store should not be charging us for shipping items or helping us package items. No frills. Get in, get done and get on with your life. Love it! They also offer on site notary services and they don't try to upsell you with extra padding, packaging, wrapping, tape, glue, filling, stickers, fries, supersize me and all that other crap. They just want to help you send out your packages and move on to the next customer. Efficiency - it's priceless. read more

To be fair let me start with what i like about this place: its well staffed so waiting time is short. it's organized and they sell cute trinkets and gift items. The staff are for the most part lovely. i've been using this place for the last 14 years. For notary and shipping. The last 2 years, customer service has gone to the dogs at this place. I've had to endure incompetent, angry, disgruntle, rude, and ugly behaviors of a particular notary there. I'm not going to call out her name, even though i could. Ultimately her nasty behavior only reflects management's lack of training and quality control. I'm sure that i'm not the only one who is DISPLEASED with her. 2 strike and this place is OUT. I've used this store at least 4 times and EVERY time the staff is wonderful! They always have a notary available and go out of their way to be helpful. I went in today to have some documents notarized and then I needed them overnighted. Unfortunately the only address I had was for a PO Box. The young man who was helping me offered to look up the actual street address online for me. He found the address then offered to actually call the office to confirm it was the correct address! You NEVER find someone who is willing to go the extra mile for customer service! Kudos! read more

I went in to this UPS store to send a fax, turns out people still use fax machines. Anyway, I was helped by a nice young woman named Paolina. She was very nice and professional. She offered to give me a cover sheet which was nice. Where I'm extremely happy with her service is after the fax was done, she seemed concerned that there was a chance the fax didn't go through. Rather than say thank you and send me on my way, she felt it would be best to resend the fax and ensure it went through. A few moments later she returned with a confirmation and also told me that the first time didn't go through. Because she took the extra steps and made sure it went through, my paperwork got to where it needed to go. This was time sensitive paperwork and if I just strolled out of there with a smile on my face and it turns out the fax didn't go through, I'd be upset. Instead I walked out happy because of the great customer service I received from Paolina. Thanks again. read more

Maybe I was spoiled with my last UPS store (1403 San Diego /Matilda). I understand enforcing strict rules but from my last few weeks of dealing with this store I usually seem to leave feeling displeased. Sometimes it's just the somber/uptight mood of the place. The employees don't seem pleased to be there. One even told my wife that they are that way because the owner is very strict with them. It comes down to this; your customers (especially box holders) keep your lights on, put their needs before arbitrary rules. Especially when the rule of: you need to buy a NEW box key when you forget yours. Total rip off! Today one employee said "well just give him his packages but not his mail" to which the other retorted*gasp* "that's not allowed!" Yes it is! Not it isn't! Since when! Since forever! Clearly displeased, the young lady reluctantly gave me my packages with a reminder I should not get used to it and this was a rare exception. The two back and fourthers went onto to comment on the weight and volume of my packages and began asking nosey questions about their contents and trying to peak inside them. The old me would have responded to the rage inside me by closing my box in the spot but I decided to take my ire to yelp to hopefully engender and invite change. Owner if your reading this, box holders should jump to the front of long lines to get their packages and leave quickly (this frees up the very limited parking in front and takes virtually no take away from the people who want more complex and lengthy services. Also, box holders shouldn't have to open their own boxes; it's just unnecessary time wasted and my key never opens the box without about ten attempts at it first. read more

Long story short they meticulously handled rare and fragile (large/heavy) auto parts for transit to me. They hand built wooden crates lined with plenty of cushion and honestly went the extra mile to ensure my items were undamaged. I have received my goods and I could not be happier - great communication, down to earth folks with a passion for what they do. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs!
