So I'm here to report an experience I just had at this location. When I walked in the gentleman greeted me kindly and explained how to get the items I needed printed. As I was printing my docs, an elderly Hispanic couple walked in. They did not speak English. The gentleman who was kind to me previously was now very rude and impatient and was borderline yelling at these customers. What they were asking for was not difficult to understand. Mind you they are legal residents (not that it freaking matters) I know because they were there to make copies of their green cards. Anyway the worker offered very little support and then walked away. Keep in mind the store is empty. It's just me and this couple. I finish printing. They stood there looking confused so I helped them super quick they only needed a total for 4 pages printed. Do better FedEx. Hire people with a sense of decency. Dude literally went to vacuum a spotless carpet while I walked them through the process and helped them. Took me two minutes. Bro high key came off mad xenophobic. Unacceptable service from my perspective. Won't be back. read more

I came here last week for 2 copies of one document. I don't go here alot so I asked the guy if he could help me real quick. He said he was busy with some print jobs, that he couldn't. My machine ended up printing 2 blank sheets and had a need a toner replacement message. So he ended up needing to come to my machine anyways. It charged me for 4 copies, but he did refund me for two that were blank. If he would have helped me in the first place maybe this would have been a better review. I usually go to Staples, but since I had time issue and the person I was helping lived closer to here, I figured would be better to come here. Every time I visit this FedEx center, I'm always greeted and the staff is friendly and willing to help. But today... Joel who is still in training had such patience and compassion for me that I was compelled to write this review. I've read a few other reviews on this particular site and I strongly disagree on their comments. I've never experienced a negative employee here and today, Joel was the only cashier and I was in a frenzy to send an over night shipment and he calmly took care of me, while the FedEx driver was loading the last load for overnight shipments into his truck. I was literally calling the recipient while he typed in the address and I was finalizing the last signature before sending it off and there was another customer behind me. I appreciate that he took the time with me and was courteous in doing so. Five stars to Joel! read more

Went here for international shipping. Paid for it and after a week, Fed Ex sent me a bill saying i owe them money for the shipping. What a damn hell dealing with this issue! The only help this store will give you is just give you a number to call, which is a number in an another country that doesn't really get you anywhere close to resolving the issue. Terrible customer service. The person that kinda helped me was on her cellphone with a friend and gave me 10 percent of her attention. Unfortunately i had a chewy return and i had to use them. **Open and operating during Covid-19** I have extremely fond memories of this FedEx location. Back in High School I was trying to get some materials printed for one of the clubs I was in charge of, and the manager at the time, hearing that it was for educational purposes, he actually DONATED some prints for my club. What a nice guy!! Recently I had to send my boss a package to Sacramento and we have a corporate FedEx account so it was just easiest for me to stop by FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. This is a FedEx corporate owned location so staff is more helpful and better stocked than a franchised location. Due to covid, they have limited capacity, 6ft distancing and special hours to help those with special health issues or physical needs on Tuesdays/Thursdays 9-10am and Saturdays 10-11am. I came here after work on a Friday evening and Kevin was able to help me out. I had the item I needed to ship and I was able to use the shipping supplies from FedEx. Kevin was super friendly and helpful. He helped me package up my shipment as I rummaged my belongings for my corporate shipping account number. I showed him my CA Drivers License and Business Card to verify my association with the company. He was able to print out the shipping label for me and give me my shipping options in an efficient amount of time. I am really frugal with company money, so I said the cheap one, being the Express Saver. Kevin gave me an ETA and my Tracking Number was on the receipt. As I am working remote to ensure my corporation's safety values, I am sure I will be back here for my office shipping needs to get things around to my fellow colleagues. I was there around 4:45 on May 28 asking for help and they're not helpful. The staff there there was a elderly lady trying to ask for guidance and the African lady with glasses was saying I can't touch your phone. You need to do it yourself, the gentleman he's tall light skin. He's very rude doesn't help very unprofessional no helpful never will go back there. Super friendly staff each time I hop in to ship return items or mail packages after post office hours. This location is easy to access from either Mountain or Foothill Blvd. heading East and there's plenty of parking right in front. They have computers available to access the internet or for printing purposes. I did not use them during this visit but they are on the right / North side of the store. An employee also shared with me there is a self-service scanner now for returns that print your return labels and tracker receipt with a drop box for smaller packages. You don't have to wait in line each time (even though it moves quickly). This is my go-to FedEx location in my hometown. read more

I asked for help due to my card being charged $10, the ******* then comes in all chest pumpinn, hypervigilant, overwhelmed w his sad *** job. Anyways, I ask him for help to adjust the amount, keeps repeating same thing over and over "well I don't know what to do, I don't know how to work the machines ... of course I can see I'm not stupid" lol nobody called you dumb, darling. Very unresponsive tall guy working there in customer service. Not very helpful and bad attitude. The copier machine charged my debit card an automatic $10!! for $1.30 in copier charges. Refund in 3 days, when I needed that for groceries! They don't care. He snickered, smiled and said that's not in our control, and it said its in the fine print. What fine print? I immediately left and will never come back. I took my business to Staples from then on. Staples helped me right away with no problem in minutes on my project. These Fed Ex Office people don't care and don't really want to help you. All they can do is say "Welcome" when you come in like trained monkeys. read more

When I tried to address my concern that I was being continuously charged by the minute and the printer was not working I was told "stop telling me what to do" by the employee. I was ignored and then refused a refund by Vince the "manager." Zero empathy for my situation. Great customer service every time I've been here. The staff checks in with you and makes sure to answer your questions right away. Faxing was expensive though! (I know, who even faxes anymore ). It's $1.89 for the first one and $1.69 for each additional page. They have signs outside for social distancing and places to wait in line, but this location does not seem to get crowded enough to need its use. read more

My mom made me a homeland home cook meal. So I suggested her to go to fedex because what I seen here in MA, they help with packaging and suggestions with what I need. Long story short, you can see the second picture. That's what I got 2 weeks later!!!! It's food!! Why do you purposely put it as standard???? And if it stardard and takes 2 weeks why it cost $278.25?? Why do you have to use 17x17x17 box (the box we received was 16x16x16) for that item? See the item in the box? NO my mom do not pack those! That the staff pack it. She doesn't choose the box. She brings the food in the plastic bag and the agent box them. Why humongous box???? I came in 20 minutes before closing & the assistant manager Autumn helped me out, even when I was waiting for someone to send me the address I needed to ship my package on the phone, and stayed til closing. Parking is in a shared lot with the other stores in this plaza, i doubt you will have a hard time finding parking. She was very nice and helpful, and made sure I knew the options of how fast I wanted this delivered. Unlike some feddexs Ive visited, her customer service was great, and made conversation while packing my items to ship. I placed my order over the phone which was 1 page print color and laminate. The man on the phone was polite and courteous to what I needed. I was told waiting time would be 1hr. With all that's going on I was fine waiting. I received email that I would be contacted when ready. I waited over an hour and decided to go inside. There a lady told me that she just emailed me saying she just got my order. I explained I received the confirmation email n hour ago. First she said it was because of copyright infringement, which it was only to look like it. She ended up telling me it would be an hour more because the machine had to warm up. I needed someplace to fax a document. While this place is quite far from my home, it happened to be convenient for where I was that day. To my surprise, it is a very, very nice, newer facility. It is larger than expected, with self serve fax machines and copiers. My fax (long distance) cost me $2.49 for one page. They provided a cover sheet that they did not charge to send. I was thankful for their friendly, helpful employees. When my fax didn't go through the first time and was screaming out an alert, one of the employees immediately ran over and helped make it happen. I've been to this location several times this past year since I've been working from home and have had to overnight documents to certain employees. Never had an issue and the guys working the front are always helpful. The first time I didn't realize I needed my business card in order to use my business mailing address and they were able to work with me to get another form of validation. I've also never waited longer than 5 minutes to be helped, which is a big win in my book. I don't like waiting in long lines. read more
