I always have a good experience here with Amazon returns. A few years ago I had a PO Box here as well. I need to renew my passport. I looked on the UPS website and was glad to see that passport photos were offered through UPS. I went today and was told "sorry, we can't do that, our passport printer is out of ink." Probably one of the best UPS locations you could ever visit! I ran in today to ship off a pre-paid package and I was greeted as I walked in. All of the staff are dressed professional and are incredibly kind. It's my go-to shipping spot and it is conveniently located on the corner of Foothill and Euclid. Customer service is huge to me and I have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs. Pro Tip: You can process Amazon returns here for free! What a horrible experience. Went to get have 2 large blueprints printed. To have them do it, they wanted $25 to do it now and the price of the prints. Then the girl who was going to do it, and how snotty she was said after all the hassle and aggravation dealing with her, she said she doesn't know how to do it, you need to waite couple of hours. Amazed how they were so arrogant and snotty they were. Went to the FedEx store about 3/4 miles away, they helped me and did it in 10 min for a fraction of the price and a smile. This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. The lady hung up on me when I asked if I could pay for a prepaid envelope at their "shipping store." She said "no" because their store would be "billed." However, I am the one paying for it. She was rude. Can't wait for robots to take over these bitter unhelpful employees. Went in today and Briana assisted me and completely changed my mind about the five star review I left previously. I've been coming here at least twice a week to do returns from online shopping with prepaid labels and I always require a little bit of tape to close the packages. Today I literally needed 2 boxes taped to complete a return (with a prepaid label) for a company and she charge me 2 service fees for tape? And I'm not talking about to tape the whole box together. Just one side of the box, to close it. I have never ever been Charged a service fee (for a little tape) here or at any other UPS store. I will not return to this location. read more

And what happens yesterday they bring the package to my house - not only does the package look like it went through the war zone, the damage Opened a corner of the package a piece of the insides came out now the company will no longer give me my refund because of this - the woman were so RUDE when I was in the store-She charged me $1 for putting the label on and resealing the package & said to make it shippable. I only opened the package so they could see what was inside and nothing was toxic. I called the store this morning no manager there but a lovely girl said she would call the owners and have them call me. She said they're very busy they own six other locations. 5/2/19 another one : as scheduled my package should be delivered today between 3pm - 8pm been waiting the package to get delivered waiting till 4:30pm & left home after but then get an update from the ups app it says " driver attempted to deliver " but unable to delivery even tho i did sign up online in ups apps to give my gate number & preference to leave the package at front door but instead the driver says came in even tho never show up & have to pick it up at store again not first time having experience like this with ups i wish can change the shipping company. ups sucks again !!!! my package supposed to be delivered on friday but the driver " attempted " to delivery but thy never showed up at my address. that's how ups delivery many times then theres an update on monday for following week & it says package delivered & ready to be picked but the driver delivered to local store , in this store. the store hours 8-7 pm i got here at 8:33 still closed. what a business!!!!! as my screen shot shows time at 8:34 still closed. read more

I came here to get a document notarized. Called first and confirmed that somebody would be there to help me. No appointment was needed, I walked right in and the girl was able to help me right away. This 1 Star is for being mistreated and mislead into spending over $50 for prints that wasn't done right. I have a hair salon in downtown Upland for over 11 years now and I like this store and the owners. But about 2 weeks ago, Chris made a rude comment so I'm following through to write this review to let owners know that he said that I should go ahead and write this review and he will write a bad one on me too. And then he hung up. So I finally made the time when I don't do like to but it needs to be known about his customer service and how it was handled. Also I sent a friend to make 100 copies of sign in sheets that I go through quickly everyday for 8-10 cents per copy that was done before in that store. My friend returned with the copies and said they made color and digital copies that he didn't know they were helping him with and upsold him when he went there and said I went there before and got 100 copies for the deal. But they got him so I'm stuck with the wrong prints and they printed old forms with my old logo. read more

They lost an overnight package that I spent 450 dollars on. When I was asking where my 10000 dollar medical equipment was they said they didn't know and it was lost for 2 weeks. I have been a customer for years the staff was helpful and reliable. NOT anymore ve careful I was last Friday seeking some assistance with the delivery of documents to the SocSec office. The clerk was so incompetent that he ripped the original document making a hole, and she mininize the damage as she was not able to handle the documents with care. My FAVORITE UPS store! All of the workers are SO kind and helpful! I had to ship a stroller back to the manufacturer and I DIDN'T have the original box. Luckily I had another large box and this UPS store allowed me to pack up my box in-store (pregnant and raining equals HELP!) and they sure helped! We were able to get everything fit in my box and sent off! Keep in mind that I had visited other UPS stores in the area but they wouldn't help, sent us away, and THIS store was the ONLY one with top-notch customer service who was helpful thanks!! read more

I could not understand why this lady was so rude. I waited patiently as the notary helped a customer. Other people went thru the line and she KNEW I was waiting for her. When she finished with her customer she asked me "have you been helped?" I told her I was waiting for her the notary. She then went to the back and got on the phone with her friend is what it sounded like anyway I walked out after more than 5 minutes. I do NOT recommend this store although other workers were polite. This store does not have their people trained. I did a forwarding in Nov and 6 weeks later none of my mail has been forwarded. Why you ask? Because the person filling out the form didn't complete it or lost it and it was never filed! So my mail is just sitting there 275 miles away from me. The manage then tells me after holding my mail for 6 weeks to long, there is a $15 fee plus $5 plus envelope and postage, so $25/$30 total. She knows her staff messed up but she won't waive any fees for there 6 week blunder! I wouldn't trust your important documents with these people or any compassion from management for any inconvenience caused when they don't complete the process or notify you of choices prior to moving or something sent out! It is what it is and that's their charges regardless if they screwed up!!! Stay clear read more

This UPS store is horrible. Customer service is smug and condescending. I had to pick up a package there. The slip was left on a Friday. I went Monday night and they told me that they hadn't received the packages yet. I said it had been 2 business days. The manager shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know what to say. When I told him he should call and complain to UPS corporate because they use the UPS name, his response was "we aren't connected with UPS". I came back two days later to pick it up and gave the slip. They looked it up and said I needed the tracking number, even though I had my infonotice slip. They said it was because the package was in my wife's name. I showed them the slip that just had our last name. Once again the manager was smug in his response saying there's nothing we can do. When I left he gave a sarcastic have a nice day. UPS is a failing company with this Access Point stuff. And this UPS Store is horrible at their job. If the customers aren't happy, they need to take those concerns to UPS corporate but instead all they will say is "we aren't associated with UPS they are a separate entity. Avoid this place and go down the street to the Mountain one. Or even better avoid it and find a FedEx or USPS store. read more
