So these guys are awesome. Very helpful. I was traveling outside the country with my son and needed a letter from my spouse to authorize me to do so. Not only did they help me after they closed for the night, they had the letter template all ready to go when I got there. I have a UPS store near my house that I will not be going to anymore. I will drive a couple miles more to this one. The one by my house did only had notaries on certain days/times. This location had one on staff at all times. read more

I dropped off a quick, prepaid UPS return here one day and the very courteous clerk insisted I take a receipt although I was in a hurry. Wouldn't you know that the company I sent the return to lost my return. If not for the clerks thoroughness, and insistence that I take my shipping receipt I would be out the money I paid for my item. This business has the most efficient, courteous staff. They have been my go-to for shipping since they opened for that reason. Now they have my complete loyalty! read more

I needed to get something notarized. The whole process, including paying, took less than 5 minutes. I was able to use the $2 off for checking-in. First off, when thinking of places to drop off my items this is the first UPS that I go to. Hands down. So.. when I think of places to have an important packet submitted ( Needing a time stamp and all ), no question, this UPS Store. I waited in line just like other people who were there for the same reason and we watched a man and two young Asian women hand their packets off to the workers inside. They were there for the same reason we were... time stamped packet. The Asian women stayed in the car instead of joining us in line. As the time gets closer to having our packets time stamped, the Manager or Owner decides to close off two of his registers for " his " customers. When did we stop being customers ? You sure didn't have a problem taking my money when it was time to pay. We also noticed that one of the workers took the gentleman with the two Asian girls credit card back to him while he waited in the car. I was pretty shocked at the service I received and the wait we were treated by the Manager. We were alll there for the same reason. Definitely looked shady and unprofessional on their part. I will be doing business elsewhere and I will also tell others of my experience here. read more

I showed up during a super busy time, after Christmas with a ton of people in line to ship their returns, etc. so I walked in the door a little hesitant and thinking this would take a while. However, the staff moved so quickly and attentively to everyone even as we waited in the line. I was able to get through a unique service (live scan / fingerprinting) promptly and even overheard others in the line commenting on the staffs efforts to take care of everyone promptly. I had to send a item back to the sell and The UPS Store was the closest to my house. The prices were high and I did not have enough money to ship the item. The employees at This location were AMAZING!!!! They were beyond incredibly helpful as well as extremely efficient. We had to ship out 4 packages and print two labels. I unfortunately did not her name so I cannot give her the proper praise she deserves, but she logged into the computer to let y boyfriend print the shipping labels while I got the packages together she helped me get the correct packaging I needed to ensure my packages didn't get damaged in transit. She was extremely informative on our shipping options and made it what is normally an annoying errand very pleasurable. You can tell the UPS driver not to throw their delivery's at mm front door It band the screen now I have to get new screen on the lower half of the screen. I though the driver was to place the package by the door and ring the bell If the package was bigger the driver could have torn the screen not just making the screen loose. Everyone who works here is extremely polite and attentive. There is never much of a wait because they are always on top of it. I went in recently to do the live scan fingerprints and they took me right away, were very nice and efficient and friendly. It's so nice to find a business like this!
