Who charges over $3 to print a label? As one of Amazons return locations, they are a bit over the top with requirements (but easy to use if you follow them) Some need to be in a box, some need to have the labor, some can be brought as is. Although that's an Amazon thing- UPS accommodates what ever. I don't have a printer and in order to use theirs it was $3.15 per page to print the required label (that they printed for free for all the other packages) but the lady was nice and helpful and happy they can at least help with returns read more

Fast , efficient and friendly staff. I love when I am running errands that I do not have to stand in line for really long, which generally tends to happen at UPS . I asked for boxes to take home and pack myself, they were super helpful with selecting boxes that were the right fit! I also asked them to pack a rug for me and they were literally magicians the way they squeezed it into the box so I didn't have to get a bigger one (and pay more!!). Popped in real quick to get a few things shipped and it was extremely simple. The young lady that helped us was very helpful and polite. Absolutely beyond frustrated with this location. I arrived yesterday at 8:45 am needing to get passport pictures and something notarized. According to their website, they open at 8:30 am and there is nothing posted stating that these 2 services have specific hours. When I walked in, the lady (manager maybe?) told me that they do not notarize or do passport pictures until after 9 am because she was the only employee there and she was busy "doing banking". There were no other customers in the store. Again, their website says nothing about specific hours for specific services. The employee asked if I could wait or come back, and I could not as I had an appointment at 9:15. I had planned my errands SPECIFICALLY around these things I needed to do, this location being close to my house, and their hours they are open per their website. Are you kidding me?! You need me to wait 15 minutes because you are "banking"?! Never again. Thanks to the Postal Annex down the road I accomplished both tasks AND FOR LESS MONEY than the charges would have been at the UPS store. Too bad UPS store, you have lost me as a customer. I don't care that you are closer to my house. Get it together UPS store...if you don't take passport pics or notarize things until 9 am, say so. In this day and age where most people check online for services and hours, make your website accurate. Ugh. read more

The UPS Store #6550 305 SE Chkalov Dr., Ste 111 - Vancouver, WA 98683 This UPS Store #6550 is lacked of customer service and filled with extremely rude attitude. I went to this store to drop off my Amazon returns, where I was told that I don't have to box anything up nor print out a return label; however, when I showed up, I was told I needed to box everything up prior to arrival or purchase their box (???). I didn't want to buy a box so this rude person name REBECCA, tried throwing my items back into my paper bag but couldn't get them all in then she just slammed on them back on the counter and walked away. Not sure how this store is operating because obviously their employee doesn't know how to pack. So.. please consider this a warning to stay away from this store if you have any Amazon returns/drop-off and pick another Amazon return location option. read more

If I had written a review prior to this week, they would receive 5+ stars as they have always been extremely nice, helpful and patient. When I walked in Tuesday eve, 1 register had 5 people in line, an older woman J_ _ _, finally got up from computer in back room, approached register in an obviously crappy mood and grumpily helped me, regardless how hard I tried to be nice....she was just awful, I'd never have an employee that rude to its patrons. I will return, I never make final judgement from 1 bad experience. My 20+ prior stops, have been excellent, just super good employees. Short Version: I came in to this location to do some printing & send off an Amazon return, the older lady who works the front counter was rude & called me a liar when I tod her I was informed to not seal my packages before they are sent, I took my 50$ of printing business down the road to the mail business center where they were oh so kind & helpful. END. Long Version: I come here to this UPS store location very often to send packages because it's so centrally located for when I run errands it's so convenient to just swing by and drop off a package or do some printing, BUT every time I do I have terrible customer service experiences. The older lady who works mornings while more competent than the younger people who work afternoons & evenings is just so incredibly rude & abrasive & clearly shouldn't be in a customer service role of any kind she just doesn't have the temperament for that kind of work interacting with people. I came in to drop a package, I had been told on a previous occasion not to seal the package for some reason so they could verify the contents I thought it was odd but my return went off without a problem so I assumed the same would be this time, I was basically called a liar by the older lady working the counter first thing @9am before I even had my coffee it was jus insane to me she said & acted the way she did being an employee in a customer service role. Things have certainly changed over the last 20-30 years or so & not all for the better. You hardly ever find a decent customer service experience anymore in person. read more

Must be the slowest UPS Store in the NW. Both times I have dropped packages off with them it has been an issue with slow service. This time the Amazon returns I dropped off have gone MIA. Figures, biggest return (over $300) and it's lost. Now they send me to Amazon and Amazon says to contact UPS Store. I usually use the location in Battle Ground and will never use this one again. I am 0 for 2 on service at this location. BG is 100%. read more

I went here to get a passport photo. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is that after I waited for my photo to be processed, I then had to get back in line behind 6 other people. :/ I think it would have been better customer service to have called me next in line since I had already waited 15 minutes for the photo. Especially since it was as simple as ringing me up-30 seconds?-and the people in front of me all had mailing transactions that took significantly longer. read more

My dad passed away about a year ago in Vancouver. I was finally able to make it out there and go through his things. I was very concerned about getting his belongings back to North Carolina in once piece- especially the antique cameras and framed paintings. I am happy to say that everything arrived intact. I had UPS pack the breakable items for me, and I am very glad I did. They did a very throrough job, and I greatly appreciate the care they took in packing these very sentimental items. read more

I have used this shop many times for various needs. Most recently, I needed a very important presentation handout presentation. Not only were we able to determine quality before we put in the order, but they went above and beyond to make sure I had it on time. This was a rush order, but in no way could you tell by the booklets! They look so good! I was so grateful for her going above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, when we needed it. Her attention to detail was really appreciated and even better, she is so friendly. We will definitely be coming here for our printing needs from now on! So angry that this management even exists!!! I went to send a pkg, there were at least 9 people in the store, the lady yelled at me to get out because there were too many in the store. No signage limiting number of people on the door. When I finally got in, the lady named Bernice was telling me to remove my mask, it was making others uncomfortable. I was the only person wearing a mask...not one employee was masked!! I told her that I was immune compromised and she had the audacity to ROLL HER EYES at me!! What a hate filled place, and she wanted to know why...none of her business. When I refused to tell her, she told me to leave and go to another store...so I went to the USPS where all had masks on and were kind. The reason I go went here is because it's convenient - on the way to work for me but I will have to find another UPS (drive further.) The older lady, with curly hair, is super super rude. I want to think that I am a pleasant person. I have tried numerous times when I come in to smile and be nice to her (she's always the only one working when I come in the mornings) but today HIT THE SPOT with her attitude. She is condescending and straight up RUDE. I just had a drop off package today while a man in front said he was going to take a while so he told me to go first. The curly haired lady not only rolled her eyes, but said "you better have said thank you".... HUH.......... The gentleman said that he wanted me to go first and that I, in fact, said thank you. He stood up for me because he noticed that she was rude. I don't understand. Does she just not like me? I just read some of the other reviews and there are multiple ones saying the same thing about the SAME curly haired older lady. Management please... Do something about it. She shouldn't be in the front if she hates dealing with people. And, I was in the UPS store for less than a minute. Just a drop off. Yet she still ruined my morning. read more

The representative was fabulous and went above and beyond to offer excellent customer service despite the high number of documents I needed notarized and the busyness of the store. Watching the employees interact with other customers, it was clear to me that the staff at this store really cares about their customers. I had 2 large, free-return, bags of coffee capsules to drop off and was told that I needed to wear a mask when in the store. I said, "No, I do not need to wear a mask." She said, "Yes, you do." I said, "No, I don't." This was repeated several times as I was leaving the store. I have a very good reason to NOT wear a mask, which I do NOT need to explain to people. In addition, our local sheriff has specifically stated that they will NOT enforce the mask ruling. Their statement is: "If you see someone not wearing a mask -- do nothing. We consider this a public health issue, not a law enforcement issue." I am beyond insulted that some young woman, half my age, standing behind a counter has the unmitigated gall to argue with me when all I need to do is drop something off. What would they like me to do with these, save them up for a year, or drop them on the floor just inside their entrance? Or how about outside on the concrete? read more

I have never had a poor or less than excellent service here. The staff are helpful and nice, they have copied and laminated items which have always turned out great, and they are super helpful when I mailed my holiday packages. The price of their mail boxes are competitive too. read more

I sent my husband in with 2 USPS flat rate boxes and they charged him for the weight for UPS which was $6 more on one and $8 more on the other not to mention that they should have been a 2 day service and they ended up being 5 days (1 was in state). They purposely mislead and take advantage of anyone that doesn't know better. I understand that they understandably up-charge 15% but what they did... just isn't right. It's bad business! Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and drive a couple more blocks to another postal outlet. read more

Told us she could make a banner within a few hours. So we went with ups rather a competent store. Needless to say she told us at 630 pm that she couldn't print and our options were #1 go without our poster (seriously she said this) or #2 we could go to another company Why not tell us at 4 so we could go somewhere else?!? I thought I would get better service here. Feeling disappointed. I walked into this location to be greeted by a female employee sitting at a computer in the back room of the store. I was the only customer in the store. She said. How can I help you. Never even turned her head to look at me. I asked for some help with a return I was trying to do. She then came to the counter and was quickly trying to rush me to my details of my request. I asked for help to print a return label as my home printer had failed. She said it's a 3 dollar fee for help. Plus additional for the sheet of paper. I was discouraged at the lack of sincere service and the ridiculous fees. She then said I can log onto my personal email and do it for 30 cents a minute. Not a bad price but not offered initially. Feeling frustrated and now have other customers waiting I decided to go to another location for hopefully better service. read more
