I went here because it came up as the only place in Vancouver that does Canadian photos, as the…read morerequirement is very specific. The female employee was very helpful and pleasant to work with as I spent several hours there printing off documents in color as I was putting my packet of documents together in order to get them shipped out that day. After my photo was printed the lady wrote the date on the back of the photo, as required, in gel pen, which led it to smudge terribly. I brought that to her attention that they were very particular in the application process. I don't want to wait 8 months for my application for it to come back denied because they didn't use the correct pen. The lady agreed with me and reprinted the photos. She reprinted them again and then proceeds to use another gel like pen that created the same outcome- a smudged up date on the back. I said "it's doing it again.." Bryan, the manager, was within ear shot, listening to all of this, comes over behind the counter and says "what's going on...?" Lady worker says- "the pen keeps smudging-" He takes the photos, uses an alcohol wipe to take the gel ink off and begrudgingly writes the date in a sloppy manner, leaving tiny smudges of the old ink on the photo front and around the edge of the photo. Thanks? Meanwhile I had requested them to print a color photo of a receipt, she prints in grayscale, I asked for a printed copy of my drivers license and passport together in color- she makes the copy but the two pieces of ID are overlapping each other and part of my drivers license was cut off. I simply asked them to reprint these as those would most likely be denied causing my whole application to be returned. Bryan seemed to be annoyed with providing customer service as I asked him questions about needing to sign the back of my photos just to clarify. Instead of being kind and reassuring he was snarky and said "I've done 500 of these" I know what I am doing kind of thing...then he almost throws away the old UPS envelope that I brought in. The lady said they didn't have big enough envelopes so we had to ship it in the old one... I said "we need that envelope- you don't have the right size." Bryan, gets the envelope out of the garbage can and then begins to put my documents inside. I was watching him doing it and making sure was all good. Instead of a "thanks for coming in, you are all set..." he says rudely "we are all done here....you have your tracking receipt...." I turn around and leave "okay thanks..." I'm not sure why he was so annoyed but I must have hurt his fragile male ego. I don't recommend this place, make the drive to Portland.

We have provided all the legal documentation, to allow us to collect his mail and packages, but they are holding the packages and won't let us have them or see what is in them until they decide that they are legitimate Amazon purchases. They won't tell us how long it will be before they decide, and won't give us a process for deciding. They have arbitrarily decided that we can't have them until they are convinced that they were not fraudulently ordered. This is an emotional time for us, having just lost our brother and we have so many other things to worry about and deal with.We don't need the added stress of having to beg Mail Room Plus to give us our packages that are being held hostage by Barney Fife and this thoughtless and callous store.

The store manger and employee are blaming in on usps. The emails on what they are saying and what the employee has told me are sketchy. We have filed a claim with T-Mobile who will be reaching out to the store. I will be working with T-Mobile and local police to track the phones and press charges to whomever at this facility stole my property. I mistakenly went here to support a local business only to after dealing with this mess to find other accusations of theft and complaints. Please do not ever come here.

They refused to retrieve the items NOT designated junk and sent to the donation center. No clue why this was not possible because good communication skills were not in attendance in any way, shape or form. That includes management. I counted on these people to do for me what I can no longer do for myself and they failed miserably. They lost my Christmas collection. It took me more than 50 years to collect...they took it to the dump. A priceless oriental table went to the dump. An antique wooden, newly painted, porch slider...it went to the dump, too. I am still assessing the losses but nothing will make me feel better. I know it's only stuff to some, but is was my stuff, I spent a lifetime collecting it and it was up to me to dispose of, not some mover with the IQ of a tree stump. Finally, the only thing offered as compensation was some used furniture they had hanging around to replace what was lost. In other words, I can sit on a tack and spin or hold my breath 'til I turn blue. There is no compensation for the loss and no refund amount of any kind on the absolutely ridiculous amount I had to pay. Not even the tip.

Never had an issue getting them the same day before or kind service, I got a quote recently that included a strangely rude reply from the new owner, someone named "Sara Monster", about why their charges and new turnaround time tripled. Its like they put a teenager in charge of the front desk who doesn't want return customers. I would have paid the extra cash but I'm not going to reward entitlement. Their customer service just tanked. We try to support local businesses but when they take customers for granted, they deserve to close.
