I went in to ship a light from a handgun. As soon as they heard handgun, they said they refuse to ship it. I explained it was a light and had nothing to do with the gun itself. They still refused. USPS had no problem with it and will get all my shipping moving forward. read more

If you are coming here to do a return and have a QR code ready you can walk in and walk out. Anything else and you mind as well just go somewhere else. I called and left a message about a package mix up with usps and that message was NEVER RETURNED. So i called up to the store again and when Christina answered the phone she did not listen and was extremely rude cutting me off after explaining to her that I had already told her something. To the point where i asked to speak with someone else. They are ZERO help if you lose a package in the system with usps. read more

I'm always running in here at the 11th hour to return my CHEGG school books... They are always (thankfully) open when I need them to be, and are helpful. I don't know what it is about me and going to the post office, or a UPS store that has this kryptonian effect on me, that I avoid places like this at all costs, but when I am forced to enter, I am relieved at how easy my transaction was, and that I should not be afraid to enter. read more

today was the worst experience ever. I had multiple Amazon returns and once you walk into the store your cell phone service doesn't work. find it happens. So they told me to sign into their Wi-Fi. So I did and they waited for me as if I was the annoying one. The Wi-Fi didn't work. They kept telling me how to do it and to press all these buttons and it still wouldn't connect. It said no Internet connection. And then eventually I got frustrated and said am I the only one in the world that has this problem??? And they said no actually everybody does. And I said well why are you looking at ME like I don't know what I'm doing!!!??? So they told me that I had to walk outside for service, every purchase find the code walk back inside scan the code and walk back outside for service pull up the code and walk back inside. they looked at me as if that was the normal thing to do. In 2022! THIS is an Amazon return location??? Completely ridiculous. And the fact that out of three women in there and none of them said I'm so sorry for the inconvenience about the Internet. Instead they looked at me as if I was the problem! read more

This store is great. Very customer service oriented and professional. Seems to always have a notary on staff and even go above and beyond with their service. In particular wanted to give a shout out to employee Leah, who helped me over the phone with something I forgot, so I did not have to make a second trip back to the store. Now THAT's customer service!!! read more

The people that work here are so helpful, they make it way easier than going to the post office!
