They're a lot like Kinko's if you remember that place, the workers aren't readers so if you leave a copy job with them to pick up later no matter how carefully you explain that you need to be able to read all the way to the edges, they are going to cut off some of the print. Doing it yourself requires that the lone copy machine isn't jammed, that's about as likely as the overused machine at my office. They did offer to not charge for the bad copies but really I just wanted the job done right, they don't charge a lot. I suppose you get what you pay for. It's a small, tight location and too many of their customers don't wear masks or wear them on their chins with their noses out. The young workers do make weak attempts to enforce mask wearing but they're really not up to making it happen. Last time I was in there two Karens just refused to mask up 2 feet behind me in line so I had to leave.

When we started the process for our move from Washington state to Milwaukee, I had to get some type of mailbox set up for forwarding info for all the obvious reasons. Since we didn't have a home yet or any residence to use, I started the process of looking for a PO Box. If at first you try the usps, quickly abandon said plan on and move on, because that was traumatic. After I went into my local usps to inquire about initiating a remote PO Box and being called an idiot, I called around to local Milwaukee usps locations. Long story short, they were very helpful but said it couldn't be done. I was discouraged as their prices were very approachable, but I quickly moved on to trying UPS. It was then I found Judy. I basically just did a google map searching UPS locations near where our possible short term rental would be, and I picked the first one that felt like a familiar area. Upon calling, I was warmly greeted and felt as thought I reached a long time best friend. Judy was so incredibly personable and invested in the purpose of our move. We got to know each other quickly, and she without hesitation told me "of course they could setup a PO Box for me remotely", like it wasn't some outlandish idea. She followed up with all the info I needed to go into a WA local location to get started and said she would take care of the rest. Despite some roadblocks and inept personnel at the WA location I went to, Judy handled it all like a pro. She guided the WA employee thru the process with such grace and without a negative comment (though I would t have blamed her for expressing her opinion on the situation). Needless to say, this was back in April, and we're still customers at this location. Judy and her entire staff are so charismatic and welcoming. Every time we go in, we're greeted and treated like valued customers, even if it's an employee we haven't personally encountered. It doesn't stop them from delivering exceptional customer service.

We needed many…read moredocuments to be copied and certified signature and witnessed and eventually apostille certification in Madison. This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. The door on the right is bit heavy but if you're in need there are many people around to help you get in. 28/2025 Service 5 Ambiance 5 Location 5 easy 2 hour parking around the building. Value 5 standard and customary rates less expensive here than Michigan.

She purposely makes mistakes on important documents, so that the recipient calls UPS to fact check the validity of the Notary, which then provides proof of where the document went and essentially what the document was for! On Multiple Occasions, I've gone here to get documents Notarized for Business Reasons and Execution of Signature to ensure documents are witnessed properly. Each time the Notary makes a mistake on the document such as, 1)Writing the incorrect date, 2) Refusing to place Notary Stamp in a directed location by purchaser, or even 3)Writing/striking a line through the date; is a bait tactic. This bait tactic warns the recipient/viewer of signatures to "Fact Check," where the purchaser got the Notary from. In part, the Notary Public has concerns about what they are signing and want to verify where the document was going (i.e.) Reasons, just in case they were ever subpoenaed to come into court, they would know what they are attached to. In many cases, it is rare for a Notary Public to be pulled into ANY situation related to what a purchaser is having their signature witnessed on! I have had really important documents questioned by the recipient, because they had several markings on them! Wisconsin, is the ONLY state I've ever been to, where "Training is obtained, forgotten and not enforced, but the Credential Holder, remains licensed; under DSPS." However, the purchaser is held accountable for the mistake of the licensed individual!!! How does this even make sense? Going forward, I'll be using the sister organization I work with to get document signatures notorized/witnessed! If you are busy and down to the last hour, go here only if its urgent! Better to bring multiple copies of the same document just in case someone makes a mistake!
