My transaction was fairly easy but I did notice that this location also has a self-checkout Amazon drop off. The staff is very attentive and patient! I noticed how they assisted customers with different type of drop offs that were time consuming. Save yourself time by making sure you have everything properly wrapped and labeled correctly. If you have an email with shipment instructions, make sure you have it handy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And of course, ask for a receipt to show proof of shipment.
