Let him know I was returning items, let him scan the QR Codes for each object I was returning, got the receipt, and bing-bam-boom I was outta there in record time. Stoped by to drop of my USPS packages and they wouldn't take them. I have dropped of USPS packages…read morebefore at the UPS Brea location on Imperial and Brea Blvd. So I know for a fact they are able to take them but can't provide receipt. I didn't feel like arguing and risk my packages getting "lost". So I said thank you and left. I decided to swing by the Brea location to drop them of and sure enough they gladly took them from me. The employees at the quad location are lazy and unhelpful. Last time I was there they didn't want to take my UPS packages because the labels were in blue ink and not black. I've shipped in yellow which is much worse than blue with no issues from driver picking them up. After mentioning this they took them. I will not be returning to this location again.

He of course turned out to be the owner of this independently owned UPS store and believes I don't "appreciate [his] expertise!" What I don't appreciate is him trying to rip me off charging me $35 "live scan fingerprints" - as he put on my receipt - when I actually got 2 documents NOTARIZED which should be only $20! He was a jerk, ignoring my questions of how much it should really be, telling me the store has an added fee of $7.50 per signature. Other employees would not answer me and just say he was the notary public and that they didn't know how much it should be, well after I leaned the asswipe is the owner I realized that's why they wouldn't answer me! I called UPS in the marketplace on Hadley and they confirmed that unless the notary public drives to ME that in the state of California they should only charge $10 per signature NOT $17.50! I will never go back there, they are rude, disorganized, it's small , hot and stuffy in there . I will stick to the awesome one in the Marketplace! He refunded my money after he was yelling at me and ripped up the papers when I asked him why there was an added fee. I noticed someone mailing stuff out before me asking why it was more than before and they asked for a list of prices, the owner's response was "oh it's in the system" and refused to show the customer proof. My guess is rips off people every chance he gets and most people at ups midday are in a rush so don't contest the crap he pulls. Stay away,

I was shipping a laptop via USPS--I planned on getting the tape and packing it at home. The owner asked if I only needed the tape to ship the laptop, which I happened to have on me that day. I said yes, and he went to a storage room to find a box that would fit my computer, then packed IT FOR ME, and told me that there was no need for me to buy the tape. I offered to give him money for helping me out, but he declined and said it was no problem. He even told me that for the weight of the item, it would be cheaper to go down the street and ship it at the post office. The owner's a quality person. This kind of customer service is hard to come by, so definitely go if you need to ship, copy, or fax something.

Very disappointing experience. I came into this Staples with my two children looking for Needohs…read more An employee with black hair and orange ends told us that the only Needohs available were the Nice Cubes. We stayed in the parking lot for about five minutes and then saw a man leave the store with a Needoh advent calendar. When we went back inside, the employee was no longer at the register, but she saw us and came out from behind another counter. She pointed toward an area and mouthed "Needohs" to the employee at the register, then went back behind her regular counter. Based on what we observed, it appeared that Needoh products were being held aside rather than being made available to customers. Whether they were being held for other customers or for another reason, the interaction left us feeling that we had not been given an honest answer. What made this especially disappointing was that I was there shopping with my children, not trying to buy inventory for resale. Seeing other customers leave with the products immediately after being told they weren't available was frustrating and upsetting for my kids. I understand that inventory can be limited and that stores may have policies about high-demand products, but customers should be given accurate information and treated consistently. This experience was very disappointing.
