Zaq then helped us through the entire process. We drove over to Mesa and met Zaq at RVAZ. He was very informative and there was no pressure. It was like visiting with a friend! UNLIKE our prior experiences at a dealership! We ended up making an offer and Zaq took a deposit. He had to contact the seller and said he would get back to us. Within an hour Zaq sent a text message saying he had a counter offer from the seller. It was fair and we immediately accepted it. Now Zaq has the RV scheduled in the service department where she will go through a 3 page inspection to make sure all systems and components are operating as designed. Then we will pick it up! I would not recommend this mobile RV mechanic service. I was charged $100 for the service call and…read more$160 per hour for labor, which would have been fine if work was ever done. the technician wasted a good portion of that time setting up and dealing with his own generator issues. It took him about 45 minutes just to get started, and I even had to leave to get fuel for my generator because the one he brought was too small. I spent money on them sending someone out to look at it and give me a "quote" on future service! I called for help with my RV's AC, but it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He was constantly on the phone or texting someone else, apparently getting step-by-step instructions while "troubleshooting." After all that wasted time, he told me I would need a new AC unit and left me with a bill of almost $400 for basically nothing. I would be fine if the unit was actually fixed but paying that amount just to be told I need a new one, which would cost 1700+ and a new "service call" fee of 100 is ridiculous. I'm extremely upset with how overpriced this experience was to get nothing done. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. They arrived early and completed the repacking faster than expected. Price was very good and great couple to work with. I then realized my toilet was overly loose and smelled bad. I called for an emergency repair since I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. Ulises was able to come that evening after his last appointment and made all necessary repairs to fix it. Then the next day, I took my RV home and realized my trailer brakes were very spongy. I was about to tow to SoCal and didn't want bad brakes while towing through the mountains. So I called them again and even though Ulises was fully booked, he came out to my house the very next day at 6:30am before his first appointment to make sure my brakes were in good working condition. Even though he lives 45 minutes from my house, he went out of his way to make sure I was safe and ready for the long tow. Ulises and Priscilla are the absolute best. They really go out of their way to make sure all their customers are safe and happy. Not only that, they don't overcharge for the emergency visits. I can't say enough about them.

Stay away from these scummy A-holes!…read more I stopped to look at a older, small, inexpensive (But way overpriced) Dodge RV I was handed the keys by an old lady at a desk and told "a lady just had service work to it and traded it on a larger unit" They said she had the water pump replaced and it could have been and possibly the radiator but it really needed head gaskets and the work that was done was Years ago! And they know it! Scum Bag Scammers. They are looking for someone that doesn't know any better. When I handed the keys back to the old lady at the desk I said "It's really a little too rough for me" and she immediately cut me off and said "Okay Bye!" So I continued with "Well, you might also want to know it needs head gaskets" and she followed with "Why do you think that?" Then before I could say anything more she yells at her husband across the room "He says it needs head gaskets!" His response was "You know head gaskets are only about $500" I said "They are a horrible job on a V8 van" and walked out. (I'm a trained 30+ year veteran automotive mechanic.) It's rusty, gross inside and out, missing parts on the outside and interior, they claimed everything inside works but I sure wouldn't trust them. Plus to top it off, I was SO beside myself by how dismissive and rude they were that I forgot to mention the tires are SO rotten if anyone was to drive it very far a tire or two WILL FAIL and rollover or send someone down a mountain side to their DEATH. These are shady Ass People with a gross attitude... Move on from this Sh*t Hole! Pardon my French but they Suck.

My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.
