From the minute I got there the whole appointment felt tense. I asked for a simple trim, some face framing pieces, and something low maintenance since I don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. It didn't feel like a difficult request but I felt like my preferences were an inconvenience. Even the shampoo was so rough it was uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The haircut itself turned out nice but what really shocked me was the finish. I paid $150 and expected at least a basic styling. Instead, my hair was blow dried with her fingers... no round brush, no comb, no straightener, no curls. Nothing. I genuinely couldn't believe that was the finished result. I was able to get an appointment within days and was matched with Toni as my stylist. She took time to ask really good questions about my preferences, asked to see some photos, consulted with me the entire time and I LOVE THE RESULTS! She took my really, really long hair to nearly chin length and it looks exactly like I wanted it to look but never thought it could. Because I seldom use products on my hair, she did the same (only a heat protectant) and took the time to show me exactly how she dried it for the best results.
