When I entered the salon I was greeted with a warm smile by Taki and her fellow stylist Adrienne. Both ladies were very friendly and operated in an organized fashion where their clients were quickly serviced without waiting. I loved the aesthetics of this bespoke salon. Not only was it very clean, it is spacious and located in a shopping complex where there was plenty of open parking. Being a new client, I appreciated Taki listened to my desired hair journey and gave me what I wanted and needed. This was a 5 star experience and will be added to the 2025 Hair Salons to patronize list.

She didn't step out to give me a heads up about the wait or an option to reschedule and never apologized for the inconvenience. Another stylist, Fun, had mercy on me and washed my hair while I waited even longer soon after. On top of that, I wasn't always a fan of the styles. It's common to be asked what style you want in the Loc world, but I wish it was like the old salon days where styles were already available & your stylist recommended one that fit your face/hair type. All in all, I really wanted to like this salon. Especially because she was literally around when I transitioned to a TWA over a decade ago. However, the lack of customer service/professionalism & so-so styles wasn't worth it to me.
