She was very knowledgeable and very willing to hear what was going on. Some people just hear a minute or two of what you have to say, cut you off, and then give you a half assed response. Belena was much different. She let me explain, asked some clarifying questions, then suggested what should be done. It was a very pleasant trip. Oh, not that this is important to the actual practice, but Belena is an incredibly beautiful woman. Smart and beautiful! Bottom line, this practice has good people here. They know what they are talking about and take the time to treat your problem instead of just taking your money and giving you meds you don't need. Just the oppisite actually, they won't give you meds unless you really do need them. In Belena's case, do not let the pretty face fool you. She knows her stuff and she is awesome.

My insurance paid the entirety of the bill and when I called to find out when my money would be returned it's 30-45 business days before they will begin to process a refund. If you have to use this place let them bill you this is absurd. This doesn't reflect the staff who preformed the ultrasound they were kind and efficient with care. Only registration and this hospitals poor management for those of us with insurance already paying high premiums.
