There are three different workout rooms for equipment: one on the ground level and two more on the second floor. Either walk upstairs or take the elevator. They have several rooms each designated for different classes: yoga, boxing, line dancing, etc. No need to sign up or pay extra for offered classes. Just show up on time and enjoy. Be sure to download the Bristol YMCA app on your phone or check online for the classes offered and what day and time. There is also an indoor pool for swim lessons and exercise. Nevertheless, walking the halls, the rooms being service had their doors open and we could glance in as we passed by. The inn is grand, for sure. The library and fireplaces are very welcoming in atmosphere, decor and interesting artifacts and such. However, it is unlikely that we would choose to stay here for more than one night, the rooms were not "wowing", especially as compared to the grandeur of some of the public rooms. So we will give it a try, but for this trip, our VRBO is more than satisfactory.
