Wings come fried with good portion size but some have a rough texture and the flavor is mainly from the sauces. I usually go with the buffalo and cajun (dry rub). The hot honey bbq is a favorite with heat + sweetness here. The tenders are long but, similar to the wings, the flavors come from the sauces. As for sides, the waffle fries are tasty and I love the broccoli; excellent seasoning for that vegetable. The Mac and cheese is basically elbow noodles tossed in a lacking velvetta cheese sauce; you're better off with other sides instead of that one. There's a sports bar atmosphere at the location with plenty of tvs and a bar area. I usually get my eats to go and eat them at my hotel but may consider getting my drink/eats on here during football season.

And then I got a message that my order was not received. However, payment was posted on my account. I was very angry. Take the website down if you don't take online orders. It is false advertising, on Yelp as well. Nowhere on the site does it say no online orders, and you are able to order only to receive a message that they didn't receive the order, after payment, not before. I called my bank to cancel payment. And to The Grinds credit while I was on the phone with my bank, they reversed the charge. So I appreciate that, and one day maybe I can go in person and try out what I heard is an awesome burger. Thank you, Grind for swift action in reversing the charges. But somebody needs to warn others not to use your website to order. Thank you.

I don't…read moreunderstand why they bother with a drive through if most of my experience has been about a 10 minute wait before you even order in an empty line. Granted it was only one experience, but I remember a woman stumbling into the window area as I was paying to slam the window shut without even acknowledging me. I was told that the woman is the daughter of the owner who doesn't even work there. I was also recently faced with a worker who let me wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before ordering, and she told me she was "the only one working there" but she was also giving me attitude. I didn't want to blame her but if these are the experiences workers and customers have at the drive through window, management needs to really reconsider how they handle that part of their restaurant.
