Very clean, indoor facility. They also seemed just as excited to be there as my entire team was. We had an awesome time and I am now going to look at taking archery lessons here. Do not accept vague promises of "potential playtime" or subbing opportunities. *Playtime Over Team Ranking: Don't get caught up in whether it is a 15-1, 15-2, or 15-3 team. A high-ranking team means nothing if your child spends the entire tournament on the bench, which causes immense frustration for both the player and the parents. *Coach Compatibility: Make sure you get a good vibe from the coach. A stubborn coach who refuses to listen or work with players will make the season feel hard, tedious, and heartbreaking for your child. *The True Cost: The base cost alone is incredibly high--around $7,000 to $8,000 and that does not include tournament fees or out-of-pocket travel expenses. BECAUSE OF THIS...($45 cancellation fees) They are REFUSING to refund me close $400 of money that is RIGHTFULLY mine . The credit card company won $255 for me from my original $855 clinic purchases. This leaves $400 owed to me. $855 original purchases -$255 (won by credit card dispute) -------------- $600 of my money held by this company -$200 (bogus cancellation fees) ---------------- $400 in refund (minus credits and cancellation fees) This volleyball company has stolen close to $200 ( from cancellation fees) from me and now that want to steal my refund!!!! So shady. After they stated they would either give me credit at their volleyball club (full amount no cancellation fees) or take $200 from my $600 refund for their outrageous fees. What was even more disappointing was that some of the parents were standing on the sidelines laughing about it. This reflects very poorly on the culture of the team. The coach appears to do little to teach proper basketball fundamentals or sportsmanship. Instead, players are allowed to play recklessly and put others at risk of injury. This kind of behavior is dangerous and can easily result in serious injuries like concussions or even broken bones. I would encourage prospective families to read the other one-star reviews before joining. This does not seem like a program that prioritizes teaching young athletes how to play basketball the right way.
