I was told their calendar had not gone live yet, so another bride was there at the same time and I waited over an hour. I still moved forward because Samantha assured me I would have the perfect dress and that if anything went wrong she would personally make it right. I bought my dress 9 months in advance, paid in full and attended every fitting. The first dress I received was incorrect and not what I asked for. I was not told about the factory mistake. I was then pushed to order a second gown, which arrived late and was still too large. I was promised a sketch of the original design that never came. I was told alterations and the veil were included, yet the veil I received did not match the gown. And I never received a veil for the first gown. The alterations I did receive were visibly substandard. There were holes in the fabric and pink stitching on white lace. Another seamstress who did my emergency alterations described the prior work as something a child could have done better. By July 4, just days before my wedding, the gown was still unfinished. Samantha cited a broken AC, and I had to send my mother to pick up the dress while I scrambled to arrange last minute alterations. Through all of this, Samantha continued taking on new clients and told me she had to "move on." I spent my 30th birthday trying to fix problems created by this shop instead of enjoying the days before my wedding. Thankfully, "Veronika's Secrets" fixed my dress before our special day. Veronika was wonderful. This was supposed to be a joyful time. It became a crisis. I cannot recommend this boutique to any bride. If you value honesty, quality, timelines, and basic professionalism, go anywhere else.

The wedding dress came back completely unwearable--shoulders didn't fit, buttons were falling off, seams were uneven, and the stitching was coming undone. We had to buy a replacement dress just days before the wedding. Other dresses, including the reception gown and a bridesmaid dress, also had major issues. I gave the owner every opportunity to make things right--she acknowledged the problems and agreed to issue refunds. But after weeks of follow-ups, nothing was processed, and I've now been blocked from contacting her. I've been more than fair, even offering to absorb the cost of the original dress, just to resolve this peacefully. Instead, I was left with added stress, financial loss, and no accountability. Please think twice before trusting this business with anything as important as a wedding gown. I would never want another bride or family to go through what we did.

I arrived about 15 minutes early and was told the tailor was just getting to it and that it would be about 45 minutes. I waited in my truck, came back around 3:00, and the jacket still was not finished because the buttons still had to be put back on. What bothered me most was not simply the delay. It was the fact that the work apparently was not started until my scheduled pickup time, despite the shop having the jacket for ten days. To make matters worse, the vent lining had previously been opened while we discussed a possible alteration to the back of the jacket, and when the jacket was handed back to me, that lining had not been sewn closed. I had to catch that myself. The final cost was $85.60. I understand that shops can run behind, but a scheduled pickup time should mean the garment is completed and ready to be inspected and taken home. Starting the work at the pickup time, then returning the jacket with part of the lining unfinished, is not the level of service I expected at this price. Unfortunately, this experience left me with very little confidence in bringing another garment here. After getting home and inspecting the jacket more closely, I also found the stitching used to close the lining was unusually loose and uneven compared with the construction on my other sport coats. I no longer have confidence in the quality of the alteration and will be taking it elsewhere for evaluation/repair.
