Like cigarette and I'm guessing cat. And the lady inside says, "we're not quite open yet" Then maybe you should change your hours on Yelp. And not have an open sign outside. Very poor customer service. I was excited to check out this place but will no longer come back. She didn't even give us a time of when she would open. Does she expect people to stay outside and guess when she's ready? Do not waste your time coming here. There are other thrift stores out there.

Owner was actually in store today and was chatting it up with other customers but failed to greet, nod, smile or acknowledge myself, my wife or my daughter as she walked passed us several times and barely answered our question about an item (gave us a one word answer). We asked if she was the owner because that says a lot about a business and walked out having an experience that people of color are all too familiar with. We collectively decided we wouldn't be returning.

I can't speak for the quality of the clothes, but I was surprised that the prices were actually affordable. The quality felt good when I searched though the racks. The main floor here is large and absolutely packed with all the books, movies, blankets, and odds and ends you could ask for as well as a super cool outside area out back with some tools and other random odds and ends. Overall, this is a cool little thrift store in the absolute middle of nowhere. I've never heard of Running Springs before but this shop had charm and small town vibes that are nice to see when escaping the city.

Though she couldn't guarantee they would accept until seen/evaluated, Tara set up an appointment for pickup at my home. John and two helpers came and expressed appreciation for the good condition couch and loveseat. We moved my patio table to make space to use the sliding door, and a screw in one table leg came loose. They got a tool from their truck and fixed it for me. It was a good experience and I'm so glad my furniture can be used to help someone.
