Horrible service, pay extra for a better reviewed mailbox at Anytimemailbox. I experienced long time to scan usually 7-14 days, and once an important piece of mail was lost that I requested forwarded and I received someone else's important letter instead with their check. Usually, when I requested a letter be forwarded, it took a month and was a surprise to receive at $15 or more. I requested few letters forwarded and only half the time did it actually arrive. I called today asking for an important letter scanned the same day and the representative was very rude, lying that I called him before that I hadn't done. I usually always am forced to wait 2 weeks about this piece of mail I had just received over the weekend while closed. The foreigner wielded accusations at me and accused me of calling over the weekend at such times when they were closed. He gave no indication of scanning the important mail today and sure enough, it wasn't done. He said now because of your Saturday calls, which were limited to see if they were opened and as if he had nothing else to do but look at the call log, the piece of mail I want scanned is backlogged and now it is lost. I will be cancelling the mailbox and switching to another. read more

I needed a second real address to use for mail and business and found the Virtual Domicile through a web search. I had the virtual box set-up and called to make sure all was well. The owner, Anthony, really made the process easy and is always easy to communicate with. A genuine individual who you can trust with your delicate mail. I got the box a few months ago and I'm not planning to go anywhere. It's also affordable! So if you are looking for a place to receive your mail, I recommend this place. The person who takes care of mail at the location seems to not care or know about most billing or technical problems. Service is very poor and slow. Do not recommend this mail service. Try spending more and getting an efficient one. read more

I got this service via Anytime Mailbox which was quick and fast. I did all my change of address via USPS to forward all my new mail to my new address. I did go by the other day to check and see the pick up process it was fast and quick showed my ID he gave me my package and I was done! Only thing I don't like is I have notice the app doesn't update quickly when I get new packages I have got few and only one has been uploaded to the app. So I have to follow the tracking of my packages via Shop app to see it has been successfully delivered so I wish the uploads would be better and faster so knocked one star for that. Other than that good location for picking up mail small shop which if you're worried about someone taking your stuff you won't have any issues here. read more

I don't recommend this location. I had to come and sign the USPS form at their place and it was scorching hot outside (93F) and the guy made us wait outside their store as he talk to us through the door. He took a while before he could process the document. During the whole transaction I was outside waiting in the bloody heat of the scorching sun!!! Very bad customer service. read more

Horrific experience at this place. I just got the box and had never been there before, came up to the door, knocked, and started to unlatch the gate-looking thing infront of the door. "Anthony" comes up and starts yelling "what are you DOING" in a terrible condescending tone, and I stop touching everything. There is no signage on the door indicating it, but they do not want people entering the building. The fence thing was actually used as some kind of bar to serve people over. I said "wow, sorry, I didn't realize" and this guy continues berating me in this unbelievably disrespectful way, I can't even believe it. I am immediately in shock at how abusive and horrible this is out of nowhere, and I say I'm just picking up a letter, I'd never been there before. It was a simple mistake and I don't touch any of it again. He demands my mailbox #, and I am trying to look it up on my phone, trying to find the email with the number, he is really impatient like I'm inconveniencing him and I ask if he could just take my driver's license in the meantime to find it. He starts berating me again in this unbelievable way, "you come here and you don't even know your own MAILBOX number" it is so horrid I can't even process that this is happening. Then he says there's "3 different places he'll have to check." I say "ok?" He refuses to look it up. I am standing outside the store in disbelief, he eventually comes and gives me the number written on a piece of paper, I have also found it in the email by this point, he says there's no mail for me, but it's a letter sent 2 weeks ago from within LA county, it usually only takes a couple of days, a week at most. It is definitely there. I explain and ask if he's sure, he gets really nasty, my friend who was waiting for me comes out of the car to see what's going on, he refuses to give me my mail, yelling ensues, as we leave I make a comment about it being illegal to mess with people's mail. I get a notification from them that I have mail 15 minutes later in the car driving away. We return, my friend waits behind me, I am in shock, this is so insane, and just say, "ok, I got the notification, can I get the piece of mail now please" I'm just trying to maintain my composure at this point. he starts rambling and arguing with me, then starts saying I'm recording him on my phone because of the way I'm holding it, and I mean I am prepared to if he refuses to give me my mail again, he seems high and combative, I say, "ok well NOW I'm recording this" and I just keep repeating "give me my mail please, give me my mail please" while recording, and that seems to be what I have to do to actually get my piece of mail. He seems way too incompetent to be running a place like that, and frankly of poor character, and refusing to give people their mail is very much illegal. I got a cancellation notice email from the company a few minutes later. Yeah. No s***. Thank god I don't have to speak to anyone from there to close it. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Anthony is very unprofessional and deceitful. I signed up for The Virtual Domicile a few months ago to serve as my main business address. The sign up process went smooth. I received a few circular mailings and requested that those all be recycled. On July 19, I received notification of my first important item to be sent to the mailbox. I requested pickup service. On July 20 I received a notification that the item was ready for pickup. I went to the location on July 26. This was my first time ever going to the location. Anthony hands me the circularsI requested for recycle, and tells me that he has other mail for me but that I had not submitted a request for pick up yet so he couldn't give it to me. I show him the emails from six days prior with the request indicating that he told me the mail was ready. He says, "I screwed up, can you come back later?" I tell him no, that this is an important document that I need now as I have other business to take care of. He closes the door and comes back with more circulars. I tell him again this is not the documents I requested for pickup. In fact these are the documents I requested for recycle. He closes the door again and comes back a third time, with my item. I thank him and leave. THIS MORNING, August 1, I received a random email telling me my account has been closed. I contact Anytime Mailbox who advised me that they have no notes on the cancelation. She offers to call him and he tells her my account was closed "because he doesn't want to take on new clients." I have had this service for several months now. That would not be considered a new client. This is VERY inconvenient for my business! His place is unorganized and so is he. Do not trust your mail with this company. This was very unprofessional and dishonest. read more
