This business is still terrible! I attempted to print out tax forms while the clerk persistently asked me when I will be done printing my forms. He then tried to charge me extra money for using my credit card - which is illegal in California. I told him because of the contract his business with VISA does not allow him to charge additional fees for using a credit card - he became furious and screamed at me to never come back. He did this in front of other customers along with the postal carrier. read more

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. There is a particular cashier who consistently comes across as very rude in the way he speaks to and approaches customers. For instance, I once asked to use a small piece of tape and was told I had to pay a dollar for it, which seemed unreasonable given how little I needed. Every time I visit, he insists on charging a dollar for the smallest things. On my most recent visit, when I expressed my frustration, he told me, "Then go to a different store!" They provided multiple options on shipping packages, and type of carriers id want my equipment to be shipped with. I really appreciated their support and constant communication. They sent me photos of the package wrapped, and kept me updated with tracking numbers, ETA, and confirmation the package was picked up from their facility and on its way! When arrived apparently the truck hour has been extended by the previous driver and we are ended up having to transfer to a different location, delaying our schedule to the next day. During this happened basically there was no customer service simply just told to go to the next place to pick the truck up. I like going here go drop off my packages because there is never a wait and they give you a receipt! The parking is rather limited for this plaza, but I've gotten lucky enough to find a spot every time (hope I didn't jinx myself lol). Do not rent a U Haul from this location! I reserved a UHaul for 2 days and returned it after filling it with a full tank and returned the keys to a woman working the counter. When I reviewed my credit card charges and noticed it being much higher than I expected, I saw that they had charged me for 6 days and even for a gallon of gas. So if you do end up accidentally renting a Uhaul from here, make sure you get proof of gas and when you return the vehicle. Luckily I have a paper trail and pictures to be able to dispute this but it is annoying to have to deal with dishonest business practices. read more

Terrible customer service. I went there to print a FedEx label, but they refused to print one for me unless I also shipped my 40lb box from their location. The owner wouldn't even look me in the eye, but just kept shaking his head saying "No, No, No." When I asked him why he would not simply print the label for me, he continued to ignore me. I have given this place lots of business over the years, but no more. I'll use the post office two blocks away which provides much better customer service. read more

My husband and I were completely ignored by them. When staff did decide to give us any attention they demanded that we looked through the website connected to our request before they would actually help us. They never asked if we even had the ability to do that. Just as soon that we could do it and showed very little interest in securing the business. While I was there I then heard other customers complaining about them shifting prices in the middle of deals that we're trying to be struck. There is a lot of anger and arrogance that flows through the young people who work there and if I owned that place the first thing I would do is get rid of all of them. I came here for the same business prior to the pandemic and had a very different experience of these idiots. I will never come here again. The work that they do there are too many companies little small mom and pop situations out here the desperately need the work and will do it very well. I usually ship from here with no issues (associates are friendly) but had a bad experience with trying to get passport photos taken. The owner/manager was initially obliging and offered to photoshop the picture he took of me. 30 minutes later the image he showed me was blurry in places and had patchy discoloration on the face and head. When I pointed it out he seemed extremely upset and said "If you don't like it you can go elsewhere. You wasted my time". I explained that the guidelines don't allow imperfections like that - and he stormed off and sulked at his desk. I found him to be extremely rude. I don't want to give my $$ to a man child no thanks. I hate leaving negative reviews but I couldn't bare not to. I came here to send a small item and the owner charged me extra for the labor fee of $5 for packing something small without even telling me that he was charging me extra. So I told him that I didn't know he charges for the "labor" of simply putting my small item inside the box. I was still ready to pay the extra $5 but he suddenly ripped the box tape off from my box and told me to get out. All I said to him was that I didn't know about the extra charge and he got mad. Was I trying to start an argument with the owner, not to pay the extra $5? No, all I said was I didn't know about the extra fee. Yet he started ripping off the box tape and refused to take my parcel. I found Mr. Kim's store on Yelp after the local mail shops closer to me could not fulfill the size package required. I had a 55" floor lamp going to Australia that needed to be professionally packed. I called LA Pack N Ship and he answered right away, quoted me on the phone a very reasonable amount and was able to fulfill this request immediately.
