The best service I've experienced in a really long time! Highly recommend 10/10! They helped us print color images on transfer paper for fabric that needed inkjet printing not laser printing. I ordered game cards for our region; unfortunately they did not pad then in the agreed upon quantities; and the printing in the front was of poor quality. They were unwilling to fix the problem or even acknowledge the poor quality was an issue"they are good enough..." If I had wanted good enough I would have gone to Fedex or other cheap printers. Unfortunately I won't be using this establishment again for any of my printing needs; the quality has deteriorated and their willingness to provide quality products is inadequate. Update: they responded, and as you can see they STILL think it was good enough. If the source material was poor, they need to speak up before printing thousands. And yes, it took time to pick them up, but they were padded incorrectly when they were printed. As you can see, this business doesn't stand behind their work. Still going elsewhere for my printing needs where they take pride in ALL their work, not just shiny brochures. read more

I do not like leaving bad reviews but you should really stay away from this business. They have failed me multiple times and would not try to correct the problem. First, I hired them to send bulk mails but they were not delivered at all. I know so because I put 3 addresses of mine to make sure that I get the mails but none of those addresses got the mail. After few failed attempts, I asked them to print the postcards for me and they did a bad job and wouldn't admit the mistake. The image came out blurry and they kept saying that I approved the artwork. Apparently the file was not big enough for the size of postcard and they didn't care about their work and went ahead and print them out. So it looks cheap and zoomed in. I run a small media company with my partner, and we rely on Javier and his team to print us 3,000 full-color, 24-page, saddle-stitched magazines every month. Fox Hills Printing is an absolute joy to work with! Super-professional, responsive to phone calls and e-mail, polite, helpful, and understanding when we get them our file later than expected. Their turn-around time is FAST, and they deliver our proofs and our printed magazines directly to my home office in El Segundo. Sometimes they finish a job earlier than we need it! (We did not EVER have that experience with our previous printer.) Javier also is very knowledgeable about Adobe InDesign, which is the software we use. He can answer my questions about building PDFs at the right size and accounting for bleed. I am grateful to Javier and his team for taking one huge element of stress out of the monthly magazine cycle. Once I get the PDF to Javier and he gets me the proof, I can relax knowing my job is in good hands. These guys are tucked away in the Culver City Business Park adjacent to the Fox Hills (now called Westfield) Mall in a small print shop next to a cafe that smells like donuts everytime I walked by. I had them print up funeral programs and thank you cards and each time, they got the job done in a timely manner and with great results. I will be back here for sure! read more

These guys have been able to turnaround orders for us with amazing speed without sacrificing quality. i usually deal with Javier, and he is always courteous and professional. Not once has he ever said "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!" when I've called in a on short notice with a job that we desperately need for an open house. They've also always gone above and beyond - Javier has called me to correct errors on mailing lists that I send him for postcards. I have NEVER had a printing company proof read my address list before sending out mailers. Quite refreshing to have almost zero mailers returned because the printer took the extra step of PROOFING the address list. I called them on a Wednesday morning asking for 48-hour turn-around on a set of decent quality business cards (i.e., not color laser). Javier worked with me to get my color PDF into printable shape. I was creating my own design in Adobe InDesign CC, and was my first time, so I didn't have the registration quite right. He was very helpful and patient with me. My order was finished early and for a reasonable price. I am very pleased, and will definitely using Fox Hills Printing Center for my next job. read more
