What an amazing journey The Vistas has walked with our family. Thank you is not enough for the grace they showed Mom and each one of us in the family these past two years. Sherry Mundt, is the friendliest and most caring marketing director, as she guides you through the process of moving your parent into their residence all the way through Mom's passing. Each step was with true compassion and loving care. Sherry even remembers everyone's name along the way! Brenda Saephan, the memory care coordinator, was also a dream. She was available to help in any way we needed, showcasing the excellent food choices, the incredible and creative activities staff and the loving resident assistants who are all truly angels for their loving care of each and every resident. Our family, not all being local, were able to call in daily and speak with Mom, each time greeted by a kind and gracious team member, and we always heard their love for Mom, even over the phone. Our family also has a heritage of owning, operating and working in long term care facilities, so we really know what to look for and what to expect. The Vistas exceeded our expectations and hopes. Mom was so happy and well loved. We will be forever grateful for the moments in between our visits, knowing that The Vistas team was standing in our place. May you all be blessed! read more

As a Med Tech in memory care, I have to say that our staff has such amazing love and compassion for our residents. We are trained to understand Alzheimer's and Dementia and how to care for our residents. The director of Memory Care has trained us to the best of our abilities and hold us to a higher standard than most directors I've worked for, that way we can provide the best care of our residents. Our residents are like our own family! I love what I do and love our residents. read more

The Vistas is a beautiful community to be a part of. The rooms are spacious and clean, with quality throughout. The staff is caring and supportive and tries to do their best for your loved one. The dining room is beautiful and the food is tasty. There are daily activities including music/dancing, cocktail hour and crafts. The transportation with Cinnamon the driver is very helpful. There are daily exercise classes, a hair salon with a wonderful stylist, most anything you need is on the property. The administration works with you whenever issues arise. Very healthy and positive environment. I would highly recommend checking this property out when you're in need of assisted living. My mom was there for a short period and we were sorry she had to go back to the hospital instead of enjoying this wonderful community. read more

The staff is nice. The problem is I would not recommend this place if your family member has to rely on transportation anywhere Cinnamon the driver is rude and they are always saying they were never informed about appts the residents have and then the residents miss their appts because of them had it happen plenty of times with my Mother in law. read more

The Vista's has been the best choice we could have made for my mother. The staff is remarkable. They are friendly, know everyone's name, helpful and positive. They treat the residents with respect and assist them in all ways possible. If you are considering a place for an aging loved one, then look no farther then the Vista's. I only gave it one star because there is no option to give it none. Please look elsewhere for your loved one. These people will not care about the health and wellness of your beloved family member. This place cares about the money and does a good job of making it look like they are worth it. Just because it's one of the most expensive places to put your parent, doesn't mean it's the best place. Big regrets here. Some of the staff is angry and abusive and my entire family was witness to this. When we got my dad out of there we were all shocked that he had lost about 50 pounds in two months, and we had not been told anything. Yes this was during Covid lockdown where we could not go see him but you would think they may have communicated that he was not doing well. Well they did, but only after he put in his notice that he was moving out. Then they gave us a call and said they were concerned with The amount of weight he had lost. By then it was too late to bring him back up to health. After he left they never once followed up and called and checked on him to see how he was doing. He passed away six short weeks later. The registered nurse, should be called nurse Ratchette. You would think a nurse would have a little bit of heart. But she was one of the worst we experienced. She is short and impatient and hateful. If you're reading this and you have a loved one that needs medical care, follow up because here shortly I will do my Vibra review which will make this one seem like a good review. Great place! I have worked here for 3 and a half years and I love it. Everyone is so compassionate and caring towards the residents.

I Have been working at the vistas for about six years now . I could not ask for a better job , all of the staff and management goes out of there way to make sure that all the residents are happy and make this like home not just a facility.
