I've been to this location of The Vitamin Shoppe many times over the years. Unfortunately they no longer carry my vitamins that I've been taking for decades. They do have a good selection but not as good of a selection as they offer online. These days I mainly order all my vitamins and other supplements online as it is just easier and the selection is just far superior. I also find the prices can often be better when I order my vitamins direct from the manufacturer. Overall The Vitamin Shoppe physical store is a nice option when you need something quick but overall the online experience tends to win for me. read more

**This is solely referring to the owner** I witnessed his very terrible attitude towards the construction crew revamping the exterior of his store. It was not ok for him to talk to them the way he did. They were there to provide a service for him not to be treated like they were beneath him. I won't be patronizing this location. read more

Always super helpful and informative staff members! Great supplements, great location. This is where I go for my supplements and meal replacement. Great prices, great sales... Great great great! They always have everything I need including essential oils and free samples which usually sell me on the products. Freaking GREAT y'all! Psssst... I've been coming to this location for about a year. Usually a good experience. They must've just hired a middle aged woman because I had t seen her prior to my last two visit. She is the most unpleasant employee I've ever come across there. My first encounter with her she didn't even attempt to greet me, she wasn't with guest. And when she checked me out she just seem bothered that she had to do her job. I just went there and same lady behind the register. The way she did greet me seem very bothered again, it was literally almost a snarl. I don't know what her problem is but if she doesn't like her job I'm sure she can make the same hourly elsewhere without having to deal with customers. The bug who checked me out was also not that great, he dropped my can of Bang and just put it back on the counter.l, without offering to grab me another or even apologize. Im aware that it was an accident but when you're in customer service you should go above and beyond to make the experience good. There is a gentleman there who has an accent that's VERY polite and pleasant. He's always ensured I had a good experience. read more

Finally a location and this part of town. The staff is super friendly. Vitamin Shoppe is my favorite choice for all sorts of supplements, bars, drinks, etc. During rush hour traffic it could be difficult to get to if you're coming from the West because you have to do a u-turn that's very close to the entrance. read more

I just had a horrible experience! First off, I come here ALL the time and usually have a pleasant visit. How can I not be happy buying supps?! However, today was an entirely different story. I go in to grab some pre-workout and ask the cashier if she could check the amount of the points I have coming(two weeks ago, a different guy told me they'd be available in January and that I would have alot coming) so, the cashier can't find them. The guy next to her said, they come quarterly and we can't check them. Totally NOT true because I used some in Sept and the guy found them no problem. So, I tell the guy this, he says, "no, that's not true, we never check them like that, it's always email or hard copy mailed to you" ....again, not true. I've ALWAYS checked them in the store. Then he says that he'll check them on his computer, tells me to come to his side, I do as asked. Then he tells me to move away because he's helping someone else! Wtf?! He literally told me to come over there and then says move out of the way! Needless, to say, i left without my purchase. I'm NOT happy at all to make a trip for absolutely nothing and be treated rudely. Looks like I'm going to GNC!! read more
