I became the clinical director…read morethere four years ago and did two groups a month, supervised the therapists, helping one to become licensed, and most of all worked with clients helping them overcome substance use disorders. Addiction to drugs - always remembering that alcohol is a drug, is an ongoing problem in our country and GreenLife IOP is doing its part to help end the problem in our small corner of the world. Most of our clients are extraordinary people living regular lives - First responder, nurses, doctors, barbers, college professors, students, stay-at-homme moms, lawyers, just about every job and profession you can think of. All deserving of a chance to rebuild their lives and families. A special thanks to Zvi Itzchaki and Raija Itzchaki, the owners - CEO and COO respectively. They created a family atmosphere for the clients and especially with the staff. I've never worked anywhere else that had staff meetings at five-star restaurants! Besides being excellent employers, they are also great parents of two young men. They have an amazing personal story of love and resilience. I am grateful to have worked with my colleagues Dr. Andy Bunce, Cat Coppola, Aggie Bien-Aime, and Taylor Maddox. You cannot find a more dedicated group of clinicians anywhere. To this day, I'm still close friends with someone I had met while in this program and she was offered a grant to attend for free, and ended up leaving because the male owner (Zvi aka Joseph) followed her into the womans bathroom, to do a mandatory UA, almost even into the personal stall, but then stopped and frantically/nervously walked out when he noticed another woman in the bathroom. Although it was a free grant, she immediately left, shaken and traumatized especially having a past involving traumatic experiences which the owners and staff were all already aware of. Mind you, THIS IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN. IMMEDIATELY.

I have been seeing Dr. Tami for roughly 2-3 months. I am seeing her under the functional medicine…read moremembership. I am a younger patient who has Hypertension and High Cholesterol. The traditional Dr I was seeing originally saw me and gave me 2 blood pressure medication prescriptions. She then told me she would see me in 4 months for a follow up. As a 30 year old man who should not be hypertensive I was discouraged that I was quickly given prescription I would end up needing to be on for the rest of my life. Not being ok with this way of handling I was seeking a Doctor who would be willing and able to work with me in partnership in my health. Someone who was willing to sit down and get to the root cause of the issue of what was causing my high blood pressure. When I say that Dr Tami was willing to sit down and get to the root cause, the exam room literally has a regular table with chairs that her and her staff sit with me and go line by line through the many tests that are done to explain each result and what the reason for each test is and what the result tells us about my body. She also sends a recap email of each visit which I find very useful to be able to do my own research on each recommendation and I send questions or clarification to the recap email to really have a full understanding of our plan and the recommendations. This is not something that I would ever get to do with a traditional Doctor. In any setting you would think that this service would be extremely expensive however my plan is $135 a month which for all of the time and effort put in my Dr Tami and her staff is very fair. In the very short time I've been seeing Dr Tami as of today I have fully come off of one of the medications I was prescribed, thanks to the natural supplements I have been taking. I am confident that as long as I continue on this currently plan I will be able to get off of the second prescription. Dr. Tami's relationships with other providers has also been a huge plus. I have been able to quickly get appointments with specialist, found an amazing chiropractor (Sports Chiro Rehab Dr Patel) and been able to quickly get shipments of a supplement (when I waited too long to reorder). The office stay Emmanuel, Trinity and Jason the Virtual assistant are also very polite and accommodating. I look forward to continue being patient at Aspire and would highly recommend this Doctor

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

He said that there wasn't anything more he could do and asked what do I do for relief? I said "breathe rights helps". His unapologetic answer was "then you should wear them all the time"!! WTF!! What kind of answer is that! My nose is raw and sore from them already. It's not like I could put them on my ass and breathe. He came highly recommended by a plastic surgeon that I saw. Even if he could have helped me and if he offered to do it for free, I would pass in a heartbeat! The man has no empathy and needs to learn compassion!! Remember there are plenty of great ENT's out there. There is no need for such a stupid, rude response to someone who is desperately trying to find relief breathing and not having facial pressure and headaches everyday! Us patients pay your bills! You need an attitude adjustment! Your attitude says a lot about the person you are! Extremely disappointed!! A waste of $60. Copay.

This year my sinus condition was particularly bad so I looked around for ENT doctors near me. Nothing seemed to work, so I went "out of network" to Dr. Mandel's office in Plantation, which had been recommended to me. And I'm very glad that I did! Dr. Mandel is highly skilled, compassionate person and offers individual treatment plans to suit his patient's needs. His staff is exceptional, professional and friendly (in-take, reception, PAs and managers - all). The office is well run and they are responsive your your questions and calls.
