The best place to spoil your babies! I just left and had to leave a review! I have left two reviews in my life and this one is necessary! This mother and daughter owned store is adorable, but also so great with their variety and prices. I overheard the owner telling a customer they don't sell anything with corn, soy, and byproducts and that's music to my ears as the mom of a very allergy prone pitty. The daughter helped me find everything I needed and more, she even tossed in some allergy safe samples for my girl. I live across town and will be making the drive just for them! read more

Kim and her store deserve way more than 5 stars! My mom and I have come here for years for dog food, treats, and hell even just for our pups to say hi to her. My two dogs normally don't have trigger words but when I tell them let's go see Kim they run for the car. Kim is super knowledgeable and being kind hearted. My dog Sharkbait was very ill and needed surgery. Kim was there to comfort and offer ideas for food and helped make sure I could afford it. She remembers all of our dogs names and if we need a certain food she offers to buy and hold if needed. I have come in here for a few years to get CBD oils for my two dogs, one suffers from separation anxiety and the other is older and had bad hips... I came in and talked with the owner and she directed me to try the CBD oil, I purchased one 200 ml bottle, I give 1/2 a dose to my two small dogs every day and they are so much happier. The owners of the store also assisted us when we told them we were moving to hawaii and helped us get what we needed for our two little ones to be comfortable on the flight and set up an online ordering to call and get the CBD when we need it for them. They have excellent food, always fresh, treats are the best for the pups and the toys are excellent. My cat, Buk, and I stopped by this wonderful shop today to have a meeting to begin his journey as a therapy pet. A major part of being a therapy pet is walking on a leash. A major part of walking on a leash is wearing a harness. Buk's existing harness didn't fit him too well and it wasn't breathable. Kim, the owner, was wonderful! She was incredibly helpful in finding a harness that was comfortable and well-fitted. She switched him in and out of several harnesses until we all agreed that he was happiest (and handsomest) in a beautiful beige plaid number. Buk is much more comfortable wearing and walking around in his new harness and I'm certain that it'll be an excellent accessory for all of his future therapy pet adventures! Buk and I will certainly be returning to purchase more accessories and treats! The selection and customer service are unbeatable! read more

Fromm dog food is not that easy to find. You cannot go to Petsmart or Petco to get it. You must go to a special pet supply store for that and I did not know that I would find it at a store in the current state of the world where everything is closed. Here we have The Wagging Tail and I highly recommend this place. Not only do they carry Fromm dog food, but the owner is very knowledgable about her dog food. I learned a lot about my dog's favorite food. Fromm has integrity and pride in their product. They really do not put junk in their dog food. There is so much more in here. The sweetest owner ever! She was so friendly and welcoming when I first walked thru the door. I was shocked to see how much stuff was in the store despite its exterior being small. I got some treats for my dogs and it was having a sale and I didn't have an email with them so she used her own to make sure I can get the deal. But she was so lovely and was so happy to assist me and explain to me how the monthly newsletter go about and how the loyalty system works. I walked into this cute little boutique puppy store, the only person working sees me and doesn't say anything. A white guy comes in literally right behind me and she looks and says and asks what he's looking for and how she can help him. I walked around for 7-10 mins looking for products and she saw me several times and never said anything. How would you feel? Giving it two stars because of the service.
