They have everything and anything in this store you might need for your fur baby . It is so well organized and the customer service is amazing. Huge selection of all things dogs plus a cat room too. The young girls working there are amazing pet lovers and are so sweet to your animals. They are helpful and knowledgeable . This will be my go to place from now on. I didn't even know they existed until I did a search. No one should be going to the big box stores once you come here. Oh my gosh! This place my husband and I went down here yesterday ( first time). Let me just say hot dang I felt like I just left DisneyLand . The store is very clean, the people are so beyond nice. Let me first start by saying that I've been to multiple locations around Vegas over the years and have always had great service. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly, the prices are always very fair and the selection is the best in town. I recently welcomed a new dog into the home after 2 years without one and made sure to stop by to check things out. I came in last week and was greeted by Tyler immediately. She gave a warm welcome and carefully approached my dog as I told her that she was a rescue that was still adjusting to her new life. Without hesitation, Tyler said she would get a few treat samples bagged up for me to take home. This was such a kind gesture! I also had a bunch a questions on kibble and frozen/fresh meals which she was able to answer with her vast product knowledge. I couldn't thank her enough and will be back soon to pick up those treats (My dog really liked the duck hearts!). Tyler really is an irreplaceable asset for this already fantastic business! While we were waiting in line to check out, the cashier was helping another customer--but instead of a quick transaction, they were clearly flirting and chatting for an extended time. The cashier stepped away from the register twice, slowly bagged the items, and the conversation kept going long after the purchase was complete. Meanwhile, we just stood there with no acknowledgment. To make things worse, another customer came in after us, went to a different register, and was checked out before us by another employee--again, without anyone saying a word to us. It just felt really unprofessional and frustrating, especially when we were clearly being overlooked. We've had better visits in the past, but this one left a bad impression. read more

DSO has a great selection and discounted prices, as well as a loyalty club- get points for each dollar you spend and rack up credits to use on your next visit. A large portion of their toy stock is from Kong. I like how their price tags list the regular retail and their discounted price. They also have specialty treats and dog foods, as well as some products for cats and other animals. I do wish I'd come here sooner to purchase a dog bed, prices are competitive.
