Walking in, accessories and handbag are to the right, register into the left. The shoes are categorized by heels, sneakers, flats, boots and separated by gender. It's easy to identify and I know where to go immediately when I'm shopping. And they have mirrors in each area to try on shoes. They have a free VIP membership to sign up and for every pair of shoes donated, they give you 50 points. 2 pairs, you get a $5 reward, 4 pairs, $10, etc. The only gimmick is you can only donate once a week (the new week starts on Sun). Parking in this plaza is okay. Depending on how busy it is, sometimes I have to park further away but I don't mind the walk. Overall Service: The staff I've interacted with here has been super friendly! I haven't had a single bad experience and I go here a lot. If there's something, in particular, you can't find in your size, just ask, they can order it for you and ship it to the store, I think they also offer to ship it home too as an option.

I have been wearing the Air Max 2017 for ages and I was in the store and happened to ask a manager if they wouldn't mind looking at a pair of sneakers that I had as it looked like they were failing in a rather quick manner. I was told by this individual that I'm wearing the wrong type of sneakers based on the wear pattern; yet again I've been wearing this style of sneaker for ages and have several unworn at home as I buy them when they go on sale. I have never had a problem in the past. He told me that the tag inside the shoes which is supposed to be representative of a two year warranty is actually no longer valid and that the only thing I could do is call Nike customer service and send the sneakers in for evaluation but I was wasting my time. Again, he continued to tell me that it was my wear pattern of the shoe that broke it down. He said he was a sneaker expert and refused to do anything at all. Went to Merrimack and they swapped the shoes out within 10 mins and when the manager heard the issue she knew who I had been dealing with and rolled her eyes. I have been in here several times and the vibe is just very different from other Nike stores.

The store is huge but you are not left alone. Employees come to help. You ask for sizes and colors you like and they bring them to you. I must have had three bring me sizes and colors I wanted. They are very helpful and nice. I am so happy I came and I will return when in Salem NH. It's at the Rockingham Mall so theres plenty of parking. Lots of shops and some restaurants. They also pretty much charged the same price if not more despite the prior models that are offered at this location. There are barely any sales anymore as well, so there really isn't any value here in terms of shopping besides trying out shoes that you could try out at another actual new balance location not this one.

It is a reflection of the changes this company made. The clothes and accessories for big and tall have become pretty shitty at DXL. The people who make the purchasing decisions for the company need to take a much closer look at the quality of the products they are purchasing and selling for at top dollar!! Currently it's not worth it. The quality of these products have gone way downhill and doesn't speak highly for the company. But unfortunately there aren't a lot of choices for big and tall around here! A Tommy Hilfiger belt is poorly made and the sizes of the T-shirts aren't true to what is labeled on them. For instance, a 5XLT fits more like a 3XL. It is tapered and very snug. I am looking for someone, anyone in the corporate office to contact me based on this comment. I met with a lady salesperson who was very nice and eager to assist in getting me the correct options. I chose a better pair of pants made by Harbor Bay with the elastic waist and belt option. Apparently this is the only company putting out these pants in their stock. The pants fit well, which was and is great for me. Pants are tough for heavy people to find but this store always prevails. Inside the store is clean and bright with plenty of clothing choices. They even have a line of New England Pro Teams clothing. I tried on a zippered too for NE Patriots but it just did not fit well, would fit better for a tall person with my build though. Prices are expensive but that's typical for a male clothing store. If you want to spend cheap, go to a big box retailer and get junk clothing. I'm guilty of it too. I don't come here often because i usually buy bulk one time when I'm here. I don't need to replace my clothes all that often, but if I do, I know i can depend on this store for options. Private parking lot and convenient off the main road.
