    steak rid bit sandwich
    Paula L.

We came tonight' to see an Allman Brothers cover band. They were really good. The place itself not so much. I got my tickets on line for this show weeks ago. Paid for 6 people plus a Vip table. Total was $89 plus everyone had a 2 drink minimum. When I got to the place they informed me that I underpaid and owed them $21. I paid it even though it didn't really make sense. Then when my friends came in they charged them another $5 a head each. I inquired why? None of this made sense. They told me sone other bull about how I still didn't pay enough. Then they said they wouldn't charge the other 3 people that didn't get here yet the extra $5. ok whatever. We ordered food and drinks. All of the food was pretty bad. We got the steak tidbits sandwich on a garlic roll. The roll was pathetic. The sandwich was pathetic. We also got the buffalo cauliflower, Short-rib nachos, chicken fingers, and chicken sandwich. None of it was very good. They charge $5 for a bottle of water. Our bill came out to $300 Totally not worth it at all. If I ever came back, I'd only do general admission. I would never get their food again.

Music is great. You come here for music. Not the bland food or overpriced drinks. I ordered the grilled chicken on a club roll with fries. The fries were not good, and the grilled chicken was bland. The slice of raw onion on the sandwich was thicker than the chicken itself. The drinks, the mixed drinks are done right but the prices made me feel like I was in NYC not Long Island. Their shits are horrible and this must be a Long Island thing. You get maybe a half shot in these little plastic glasses. The service on the other hand was phenomenal. The waiter was attentive, and always made sure we were good.

    Great entertainment!

Awesome bar and dining music venue. Dave and Eileen at the bar are awesome and take great cars of you. Awesome music!

Went to The Warehouse tonight. They had an amazing band, Orchyd. $10 was reasonable. My Hazy IPA was somewhat warm. My daughter asked for a water...it was $5! Don't they have tap water? My bill was $16.80!!! When I questioned the price she said it included a gratuity. She the proceeded to give me $3 back. I guess the extra 20 cents was also her tip. Never again at this place. I give 5 stars for the band and 1 for this joint.

I went to Warehouse last night and the Foreign Journey band was spectacular. Jeff was rocking it on the guitar.

I was here a little more than a year ago, when the place had a different name, the stage was awkwardly long and low, and it took up just about the entire back wall. Now it is beautifully cornered, tables are plentiful and there is a nice elevated back area, facing the front windows. This place is a nice big upgrade and perfect for any popular local band and its fans. The food is pretty good; mostly tavern fare; and moderately priced. Bar is long and easily accessible along the whole wall adjacent to the front door, facing the stage. I was here for a terrific reggae show from a band called Roots Foundation. They, too, are excellent and the whole evening was just great.

    Wondrous Stories, Wednesday, March 29th.

Great stage for concerts. The chairs absolutely suck! Very friendly staff. I didn't order any food, so I can't comment on it.

Though the tables have the best viewing area, that didn't stop the stand up crowd from invading the space and standing up on a direct line of our view to the stage.

The best part about this place was the DJ! I think he's there on Fridays. If so, I highly recommend coming on a Friday night. Not sure what happens on other nights. While all of the servers were very friendly, the actual service was scattered. We had multiple different people tending to us and it was a bit all over the place. The food was meehhh. Not terrible but not great. We came at around 11. So maybe I'll come earlier and on a different to see what the experience is like.

The owner was our server and she was very sweet and welcoming. She gave us a rundown of the menu and everything she described sounded amazing, however the food did not live up to the hype - the portions were small, and the flavor was lacking. We ordered a round of drinks - which also fell flat. Not 1 person ordered 2nd drink - after my appetizer (jerk chicken wontons) I wasn't interested in anything else. Someone ordered a skirt steak entree which was so small - the prices def don't match portion sizes - hate this is a neighborhood spot that I'll probably never go to again

That being said, parking around here is generally not great and make sure you look out for a few scattered no parking signs! Wait staff was friendly and very helpful, although a little bit slow to get us our food it seemed. Getting to the food though, we had the soft pretzel, beef nachos, and mozzarella sticks to start. Nothing that would blow your socks off, but good quality bar snacks for sure. As for dinner I had their signature which is LARGE and IN CHARGE while my girlfriend had the all dya egg sandwich, each with a side of fries. I think everything could have used a bit more salt, and that is coming from someone with a salt sensitive pallete, but also shockingly, I think the oddball of the egg sandwich was actually the star of the show, but maybe that is just the Long Islander in me talking. Although I just stuck to tried and true coors light, the cocktails looked good and didn't skimp on the pours, which is always a plus. The real attraction of this place though is the nautical charm right along the canal. Hell, if you have a boat, you can even dock right on the premise and likely have a better shot of finding a spot there than on the street for your car. The vibe was chill with some live music playing too, but not too loud where you wouldn't be able to just chat with friends comfortably. Definitely a place I'd look to come back to for hanging out, especially if you've got a nice day on your hands.

If they don't take credit cards in the outside bar ... there should be signs! That killed it all!read more

We were greeted by our waitress & seated immediately. Our waitress was quite attentive. She was a pleasure to have around, I forget her name but she's a petite woman with long black hair. There were only two other tables occupied at that time and a few ppl at the bar. First impression, a nice cozy restaurant full of bold colorful decor, nice sized bar, maybe 5-6 sections in total. Drinks: the passion fruit margarita was amazing! I love that they used fresh fruit in the drink. My father enjoyed a coconut drink and sister had a spicy margarita. All delicious My nephews did not enjoy the lemonade (not sweet) or sweet tea (also not sweet). Also, there is only one choice for the kids' menu so we ordered chicken fingers and fries for my 5 y/o nephew. FYI per the waitress every dish is cooked to order so be prepared to wait Appetizers: I wanted the cod fish fritters but was informed they were no longer available and will be removed from the menu. We ordered the trio of empanadas which consisted of 1 cheese, 1 chicken, & 1 beef. My hungry teenager devoured the meat ones and I split the cheese one with my nephew. All tasty, no complaints. Dinner: I ordered the passion fruit (wild caught) salmon served over shredded collard greens & yucca mash (small portion but full of flavor sorry forgot to take photo). Every one else ordered a beef meal and were pleased. FYI: gratuity was included on the bill, she deserved every $$. The owners did not come over to greet us but the waitress did an amazing job checking on us non stop and making sure drinks were refilled and plates were removed in a timely manner.

I really loved was that they had three different hot sauces to choose from. One was the restaurant's special sauce, one was made by one of the bartenders, and the other had a hint of mango. I had the beef empanada, which was good and fried perfectly . Additionally , I had the moqueca dish which had the perfect balance between sweet and savory . Everything tasted fresh, and the drinks were spot on too. The restaurant attention to detail and to be honest they had me at the cute the toothpicks they used in each drink! Can't wait to go back and try new items Our waiter/bartender was Matt, and he was super attentive and friendly.
