It seems as though they only care about sitting back and banking those quarters, rather than investing them into fixing broken machines, updating them, or hiring someone to keep the machines clean.

I actually had to take a moment to review because I knew I needed to calm down. In terms of washing machines and dryer quality and variety of machines, this laundry mat is average to above average I believe. The price I thought was decent but after having a problem here, I ended up going to a laundromat in Jeffersontown and the prices were $1 to $2 cheaper a load. When I first arrived Ms. Mary was working. She was extremely kind and her customer service was excellent. I had questions and she answered them showing her knowledge and her wonderful attitude. I had some issues as I was trying to wash a king sized comforter that required two washes because it was too large so I had to flip the part of the comforter that was inside the middle of the drum to the outside to get an equal clean. When my comforter was placed in the dryer, based on the large size, the comforter expanded during the drying process, causing it to become pressed up against the metal great. As a result the buildup on the grates rubbed off on my white comforter leaving a blackish gray residue every place the comforter butted it up against the grate. No problem. I did not consider that but it made sense so now I have to wash the comforter a third time. This is where the hot mess mess ensues... I'm not gonna go into the details because we'll be here forever but I will say is that as wonderful courteous and problem-solving as Miss Mary was the lady who replaced her was the exact opposite. I had to go pick up my food and I was very specific for her to not touch my comforter and just leave it in the machine and I would come back and get it. I returned back four minutes of my machine's cycles completing - I know this because I had a timer on my watch. In those four minutes, she took it out the comforter and laid it across to racks to air dry it and she got dirt on it in several places! When I tell you I was livid, it took everything in my soul to not I cuss, I did yell though. So... If Ms. Mary is working - Awesome sauce! If the lady who looks older and won't let you finish a sentence is working - just leave.

I was told by one employee to wait for the owner to come in at 8:00 p.m. for closing and he would cash it. of course he told me no. I only needed .50 so I went to give her the rest back and she told me to keep it for the dryer.She was so friendly.They are upgrading the washers and trying to build business so I told her I'd give her a review.
