He claimed to not want to charge so I wouldnt do this but I don't see how he would allow a piece of jewelry to walk out his shop like this I took it in for a fix and he said "I'm human not perfect" also said he's been in the business for many years but it doesn't show in the work he does or he just doesn't care about quality. Stones are loose and he couldn't fix it. A fine jeweler would recommend and find a way to get things done or send you to someone who can make it happen. Don't judge people by their appearance, you don't know what it's worth to them personally and how much they are willing to pay.

I put it on a flexed my wrist and the clasp let go. He told me I was wearing the watch wrong and if I wanted the clasp repaired I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. They said they do repairs but I guess they couldn't make enough money off of me. Now I'm wearing the watch with the clasp taped shut until I can find a reputable dealer who wants my business.
