However, they bailed on their agreement at the last minute in favor of easier jobs. Roads are clear and dry; conditions haven't changed since the agreement, just the company's priorities. This was just before winter started, making it difficult to find a backup, so they left us high and (not so) dry. Additional details: They bailed on the job and REFUSED to reschedule to ANY new date or time, despite our pleading. Our appointment was well after an early winter storm. Any evidence of the storm was well gone by the time our appointment rolled around. Nonetheless, the company disingenuously used that storm as an excuse to reshuffle their commitments. We ended up finding somebody else who performed the job safely and professionally the following week.

They are always prompt, and they always solve our problems. Most recently, our 27-year-old hot water heater failed. Within 24 hours of our call, they had arrived, had diagnosed our problem (and solved some additional minor problems) and had installed a new heater. Very fast. Very professional. I paid for that service call. A call back said that I needed a part that was about $1,000 that was sure to fix to water heater. The same two came back and installed this expensive part. Less than two months later, the issues started again and I had no hot water again. I called and was told that they likely had to replace the entire unit on a 9 year old unit. They quoted $5,000 or more. I balked and had to postpone due to a serious illness that sent me to the hospital 4 times. They then said they would put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. After many calls, they finally decided to drop all charges and stop servicing me. I later checked and a tankless water heater should cost between $1,000-$2,000. Needless to say.... I got ripped off and filed a complaint with BBB who said they were not a member.

I got notified when they were on the way and was able to coordinate with the tenant. Sergio, the technician, was friendly and communicative, checking in with me at each step. I was concerned about the hassle of having to coordinate with me and the tenant but he said they do it all the time. Sergio was able to fix the issue and get the cold air flowing again. The tenant texted after the service call with the following: "Thanks for coordinating the company to fix the AC. Wanted to let you know how nice he was! You should keep that number!" I was SHOCKED when the tech told me the final cost was $530 (was quoted $260). ( the job was easy and done in 30min). After much discussion, he 'dropped the price' to $308.39 which was STILL way more than Home Depot would have offered. Next time will use a different company, as can not trust Aaron on the quote.
