2 hrs of meetings with Liana and somehow discussion was avoided that upon delivery of my tank they…read morewould not install the actual tank parts, connections, and pump, and I'd have to climb inside this tank at some point and install and put together all the parts and submersible pump. I moved on with life and potentially even called it a misunderstanding on my part. Never even complained about it. I took two months to get a plumber out there to help me hook everything up using ladders and tow straps to enter and exit the tank through an 18 inch hole. Same day he realized we were missing the 10 foot tubing used for the water outlet. The tube that was provided was for the float filter so that may have created some confusion. After calling and trying to convince Liana that the part was not there after she argued with me for 5 minutes about it, I gave my plumber the phone so that he could convince her that we have eyes and need two sets of tubing...after a lot of arguing and waiting and calling us back an hour later, we settled another purchase by me of the tubing at cost $40. 100 vs 40 at cost. And btw I was willing to pay the full 100 as it's not a lot of money in terms of what I spent with them, but it was my plumber on the phone arguing for me...and she was actually arguing back! - over 100 bucks! Any math gurus out there want to solve for 100 sell point and a 40 dollar cost point for this 10 feet of tubing at 10 per ft? That's 150% mark up and they could potentially have this on all their items. I spent 5600 dollars with this company OTD, and they argued with me and poisoned a business relationship over 100 bucks (2% of the total purchase price) and ended up making me rebuy it at cost when it was never delivered in the first place. And poisoned it over not assembling my tank. This broad said she called and spoke with her team who delivered and they remembered delivering tubing to me. Over 100 bucks, and spent like an hour on this arguing with us and calling around to find some resolution. Yea your workers remember exactly all the parts they did or did not hand over to me two months ago...Right. You've been warned everyone. - Reply to the business owner: Interesting because I just called your business for a water delivery and asked about tanks as well, and got a direct referral to Southwest Water Tanks. Also, just got a direct quote from the horse's mouth (the person I was on the phone with) who said you were a "sister" company. Sounds like this was a little more thought out than just a "rant" on the wrong company's page huh?

They were right on the request for a change in schedule. Because of our driveway, I always get a call ahead of delivery, but I don't think that's a normal thing.. it's just the extra service Southwest provides. Pricing is competitive. Great company

THE BEST PLUMBING connection in Verde Valley and surrounding areas hands down IS James Peters and…read moreCOMMUNITY PLUMBING. James was referred to me by my awesome HVAC gurus at Soudani and Associates. James took time to review my Home Inspection Report prior to arrival and did a complete assessment at the property identifying imperfections and potential areas of plumbing issues. James' assessment determined concise plumbing needs; corrections for a complicated old water heater system, installation of a pressure reducing valve, and hose bib repair. He confirmed the exterior faucet fixture pipes were inside the home walls not in the ground...not so simple fix, but he magically fixed it temporarily with future full repair plans. Order out of chaos and bringing all up-to-code! In fact he recommended the antiquated water softener be replaced, which I didn't realize was on its last leg. Sure enough a week later after inspection the old water softener malfunctioned and started leaking. James successfully helped me disconnect it via text instructions within minutes, at no cost. James is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable, experienced, genius level plumber with skillful competency in plumbing repairs and installations. Along with all those bells and whistles is his kindness, honesty, full integrity and upstanding work ethic. James was very accommodating in finding the Bradford White 50 Gallon Gas Water Heater I wanted and he installed a highly improved state-of-the-art NOVO Water Softener. He and his assistant Matthew dialed in all the new appliances and repairs with professional perfection in just a few hours. Community Plumbing is fairly and competitively priced too! I am SO HAPPY with the work completed. My new systems are just beautiful and running smoothly. James has been a GodSend and enjoyable to work with along with his wife Nikki. AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Community Plumbing, definitely the best plumbing resource in the area. Many thanks James and Nikki!

They called me recently to make an appointment to come to our house and change out the filters in our R/O system. On the day of the appointment, they were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 8:30. At 11, I called to see what was going on and was told that there had been a leak that morning and they had to tend to that. I understand that a leak was more important than my filters, but they could have called to tell me. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day, "we'll make it the first appointment. At eight o'clock." At 9:30 I called to see if they were coming and he said he would be there shortly. The guy showed up, changed the filters, put everything back and then started taking it all apart. He told me that he started hearing a drip and it was coming from a valve at the back under the sink. "I guess I must have bumped it or something," he said. I asked if it had been leaking before he started and he told me "No." Three hours later, a visit to the plumbing supply house and with the addition of another person, he was finally finished. The grand total was over $700. I was aghast. I wouldn't have minded paying for the part, but the labor was his problem. He argued that HE didn't cause the leak, HE didn't break the valve, etc. I paid him and he said, "Well at least next year will be easier." You'd better believe it because next year (or ever) I won't be using Hayman Home Center. He and his assistant kept going out to the truck and leaving my door standing wide open. We have 4 indoor cats, plus the furnace was running. Just one more thing that was unprofessional.

Well, after closing the purchase, we were dealing with a significant plumbing issue. It was not until November when we decided to have Hayman come out to inspect the system. We had noticed one of their company stickers on the system advising they had installed it, but no date was indicated. However, we were still dealing with a significant plumbing issue. Their representative (Tim) came to the house, and visually inspected the system in the garage. Then he went to the kitchen sink and conducted some type metered test. He then advised us the system was working great. Not knowing anything about water softener systems we took his word for it and paid the company the $85 service charge. Tim then handed us a yellow copy of the receipt with the wording "Check W/S - Just Bought House." "Hughes Tested at 1." "Softener Working Great." Tim then leaves with our payment. About an hour later our plumber, who was working in our house during Tim's visit, walks up to us with a hand full of yellow resin balls that he had just extracted from our water pipes in the rear master bathroom. He then advises us the resin was from the failing water softener system. He advised it must had been failing for years to have caused the significant buildup he discovered. We advised him the Hyman Home Center (Tim) had just inspected it and he said the system was working "great." Our plumber responded, "no the system is failing." What! What he heck! @#^%^%^$. So we then called the company and a tenured female representative answered the call. We explained to her the issues. She then had us provide to her the serial number of the unit as she was going to call the manufacturer to determine how old the unit was. A few minutes later she called us back and advised the unit was 15 years old and was well past its product life. We asked her why didn't Tim conduct this inquiry or physically open the filter compartment to inspect for function? She advised he didn't do that. What? Shouldn't this type of investigation be a component of the inspection? Apparently not. She advised Tim just tests for pH. So we advised her the unit had to be removed. My plumber and I now had to physically disconnect it, and trash the entire system. Then he had to flush out our entire plumbing system which was going to take awhile. We asked if the company would refund our money because of the faulty inspection. She advised no, but the company would apply the difference to a new $1300 unit. Our response was of course no thank you, as we reminded her Tim said our system was working great but in reality it required to be removed and trashed. Unbelievable. The company walked away with our $85 for absolutely nothing. Needless to say we will never conduct business with this company again. There are many places to purchase water softener systems. Our plumbing company "D-Best Plumbing" sells and installs these systems. Hughes Supply in Cottonwood is a great plumbing contractor store that is open to the public who also sells these systems. And both companies sell them at better price. So we highly recommend looking elsewhere for your water softener or any other related need. As far as we are concerned, Hayman Home Center-Valley Solar and its members have proven themselves to be of disrepute. They certainly don't reflect any professional model we are aware of. So take a step back and re-think conducting business with this company. You too don't also want to be left holding the bag.
