What makes this even more upsetting is that the person who sold us the system represented herself as an authorized dealer, but I later learned she was not authorized. Since then, we've been met with poor communication, a lack of accountability, and no real effort to make this situation right. No one should spend $12,652 on a water system only to have it fail in less than a year and then struggle to get help. We trusted this company, and we feel completely let down. I would strongly urge anyone considering doing business with H2O Water & Health Solutions to verify who is authorized to sell their products, read the warranty carefully, and get every promise in writing before signing anything. "Can't access property" which is a LIE. There is no construction, no weather or anything else preventing the driver from accessing the house. We have had no problems with access to our property for the last year. Now all of a sudden it's an issue? The drivers are beyond incompetent, one even crushed a culvert coming into our drive way earlier this year. Don't answer calls, don't answer why they can't access the property, and really just don't care about their customers. Not worth it!
