I stayed at Lux Verde hotel and this Italian restaurant is attached to it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the decoration, love the light ambience, warm, relaxing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], love the food, and the service is exceptional. You feel welcomed, greeted by the servers. In my trip to see Sedona AZ, this is my favorite restaurant.

Hubby and I enjoyed a late lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice Italian decor and quiet ambience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the soup and salad with bread, and hubby had the sausage sandwich. Ordered a margarita which was delicious!

Decided to stop by BV's after work today at the recommendation of a friend. And man, this food did not disappoint. I ordered the meatballs as an appetizer, and the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken as my entree, Caesar salad as well. Food was flavorful, and very fresh with wholesome ingredients. The service was on point, appetizers arrived quickly, and as soon as I finished those, the entree was placed before me. Everything was great. Will definitely come here again! Can't wait for them to open for lunch so I can go on my lunch breaks.

What a nice surprise. Very good food, great service, ample portions, appropriate prices. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upscale but not snobby.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A lovely birthday treat.

Ambiance was dark and cozy. Service was friendly and top notch. The food is elevated Olive Garden. $17 for all you can eat soup or salad with a pasta entree. My favorites were their soup of the day - potato cream with beef and the linguini carbonara. They do a better cream sauce than red sauce imo. Portions are generous and we waddled out after dinner.

We ordered a meat pizza with added jalapeños (a $3 extra charge), a salad, and a Diet Pepsi. When the order came out the salad was missing the dressing, our pizza had no jalapeños, and they gave us a regular Pepsi. I asked for the jalapeños that I ordered and the cashier argued with me about already paying for them so I had to show my receipt. She then asked the kitchen who said it would be a few minutes. After 8 min standing there I asked for whatever she had so I didn't have to go back to a cold pizza. The pizza was just ok and the salad just bitter lettuce with no dressing. Wouldn't recommend this place until they can get their service improved.

Both were tasty. The meatballs were covered with sauce and cheese and had some cheesy bread with it. The wings were one pound.

While making the reservation I made a note that our oldest son is autistic and non-verbal and his only form of communication so that staff was aware we decided to give this place a try. After spending close to $800 on food for our party we decided to exit the restaurant and that is when the problems began. As we were walking out another customer at the bar a patron at the bar decided to squeal at my son but also yell into his face. When who I assumed was her daughter realized we saw what was going on she covered her mouth and told her to stop. Being adults and understanding of others different situations we decided the best method was to approach the management team and explain the situation. I then approached a manger who was wearing a pink colored collared shirt and explained to her what happened and her response was "that hurts my heart, we do not stand for that and we will definitely do something about this." We waited outside for about 15 minutes to see what was going to be done and once we saw nothing was I went back in to speak to the general manager. This was definitely the worst part of the night. Tiana came out to speak to us and I asked her to speak on the side so that other patrons were not affected. Her response to me after explaining the situation was "since we did not see it we cannot do anything." I let her know that was an inappropriate response and that since it was a private business they could remove any patron for any reason but if they did not want to do that then she could just openly tell me that. I then gave her an example and stated "if I stab someone and you do not see it then you would not remove me?" Her response was "we definitely would," to which I stated that goes against what you just openly told me and she that there is damage from a stabbing. I then stated to her that physical damage is the same as emotional and mental damge just in a different form which she seemed to easily dismiss. She then stated that the first manager I spoke to was doing her due diligence to find out what happened and I then pointed out that that manager was actually waiting tables and we watched her do this the entire time so I was not sure when due diligence was being completed. We went around in circles, I asked her to give me the ownership information to which she stated "the owner is too famous for you to know," but eventually gave me the name which I had already searched for in my phone. At this point I openly stated that she could just tell me they were not going to do anything and that transparency would be more appreciated to which her response was "you are not currently dining in my restaurant so you need to leave my property." We did walk away but I hope that this is addressed and not pushed aside. All that to say, I hope this type of discrimination was not because we were Hispanic (the restaurant was filled with 90% Caucasian clients), because we were from out of town (from California) and mostly I hope it is not because the stance of the restaurant is not that people with disabilities matter less. I hope someone reaches out to me to address this concern and I hope no other family has to be a part of what we went through tonight. Tiana seems to be invested in the business and that is great but should also understand her customer concerns. Update to this review: Called this morning (2/17/26) and the hostess said she was not going to help me with any information, that I was a weirdo, to grow up and then hung up the phone on me.

Traveling back to Arizona, we knew we had to return, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The filet mignon is simply out of this world--served sizzling in a cast iron skillet with clarified butter, it's incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's the kind of dish you think about long after the meal is over. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff consistently go above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. And Michael, the manager, is exceptional--so accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel taken care of. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of quality and consistency twice, let alone make you want to keep coming back. Without a doubt, one of the greatest dining experiences in the USA. We'll absolutely be back again.
