If I haven't called them in a month, they will call ME to let us know they will be delivering in my area in a day or two just in case I need more! No sales pressure!!!! Quick to respond to emails and messages. They are super busy all the time but they still make our residential delivery a high priority even though they are delivering to Whole Foods in Avalon! The owner has delivered to us and is quick and professional. As far as taste, we love it! You can't beat Mother Nature's Springs! Started drinking coffee more often as the taste is phenomenal! Family of 5-6 uses 8-10 bottles a month. The kids always have a bottle on hand! Speaking of bottles, they also have single serve reusable bottles and just as a complimentary first time gift, we received a case of them filled to the brim! Try them. You have nothing to lose.
