Loved the shape of my brows that is the reason for the 1 star. However for someone that is a professional i am extremely disappointed. I don't see myself going there again after my experience on Father's Day. When I got home I started feeling some sensitivity on my right brow. I figured it was just sensitive from the wax but the redness & swelling lasted all day! Following day I noticed the burn/cut under my right eyebrow. It's still hurting and if sweat or face products touch that area I can definitely feel the sting. For the price I expected better quality of work. I've been getting my brows done for years and this is the first time I experienced any discomfort. Jayme was extremely fast which I loved but everything just felt rushed I wonder if that's why I got hurt in the process. I did leave her a nice cash tip for her work regardless of the outcome, I am now regretting stopping bye. This place is great! For starters don't book an appointment through yelp. They are working on removing this feature that isn't even supposed to be up. I booked through yelp and they were so nice in explaining this to me and helping me book an appointment through them, the same day. Brandi was the wonderful "Skincare Goddess" that guided me through an intimidating Brazilian wax. She was so nice and explained every step to me. Made the process much less scary. I am so disappointed, and honestly just sad, over my experience today. I've waited a few hours to write this review so as to not just type based upon my emotions. I used to frequent this place monthly for brow waxes and tint. I stopped coming because life got busy, the prices were out of control and honestly I wasn't happy with my brows. Last night I decided to do something for myself. As a busy mom of an Autistic four year old I oftentimes overlook my own needs. I scheduled my appointment with Brandi since Clara wasn't available and hoped for the best. I know they are strict here and I was scared to death my son would wake up sick and I'd lose all my money. My babysitter came and I left 45 minutes early. Unfortunately, traffic hit. While I allowed for traffic I obviously didn't expect it to be as bad as it was today. It was insane. I called as soon as I knew I would be 5 minutes late and was informed that wouldn't work for both of my scheduled services, but maybe just the wax. Fine. Right as I parked (around the corner) I received a call that I could not be accommodated any longer. I asked for a refund, you know just thinking they'd offer a courtesy since I tried very hard, but there was no give. At this point I lost all hope I had and started crying, not on purpose, probably from the stress of it all. I remembered why I had stopped coming. A peaceful experience is turned awful by a place with zero regard for their customers. Anyway, Brandi ended up waxing my brows while I laid there crying. She was nice enough and the shape is fine, but they aren't tinted and my money is still being held hostage in my "account." It's a sad day when businesses tell their customers they have enough customers(see another user's review) and they don't want us flakes as their customers. I can assure you I am not a flake, just a mom who got caught in traffic and is now out my $21 for a simple brow tint. read more

Unfortunately this past Sunday, I decided to get the breakout treatment after my wax for the first time and I got a chemical burn. The actual lash lift service itself was 5 stars. The employees were very kind and did a great job. I would return based on this alone. The booking, paperwork and late policy is a bit ridiculous. The way the contract is written (I felt like I was filling out real estate forms) makes you feel kinda bad before you've even had a chance to interact with anyone. There are insults to late customers in writing, it definitely made me stop in my tracks while signing this thing. I do appreciate their focus and attention to safety and I understand everyone is trying to keep their time slots honored or whatever, but oh my goodness.... traffic happens! All of the other service places in life give a 5 minute grace period and they do it without a fuss. Any health service, any salon or beauty appointment.. as a first time customer I was pre-labeled as a potential "flakearooni", a "no-show", wtf?! Who wrote this? Super unprofessional tone.
