I've been going to April for a while now and I must say....she's just gotten better and better!…read more April is still a super sweet individual who is able to make you feel better no matter how your day...or even week is going. She has done wonders for the hair growth on my legs! I came to her with hair growth so messed up (from a not so great wax from another individual) that it was a wonder how she was able to wax my legs in the first place. There were short, but wax able hair, medium hair and oh my long kinda hair. After the first two sessions she was able to help the hair growth so that my hairs grow around the same time. Her technique has been so amazing that you really don't feel the hairs being pulled out. She's also done wonders on my ingrown hairs. True, I'll still get them every now and then, but April has been wonderful about helping with those too! She's also the only I can trust with my brazillians! I've been to a lot of different people and after about two years searching I found April and not willing to let her go (I truly hope I don't sound like some crazed stalking fan girl, but she's that good!)! She's helped me with all the ingrown and hair growth problems there too (yeah, a bit TMI, but meh....my hair just doesn't like me some times....probably from all the torment I've put it through). I called again on Thursday morning and left another voice message. I called two more times later that afternoon and my calls were forwarded. Perhaps the services are great but not receiving a return phone call and forwarding my calls left a sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully, this isn't a common practice.

Some rich person created little mini studios to rent out to individual hair stylists and estheticians. It is pure genius, each studio is small enough to decorate to the fullest, but spacious enough to house a few clients if needed. Each door is a window, so you can look in - so its very inviting and shows each persons personality through their studio. I am in love with this idea and big ups to the owner of this brothel of people who want to make you pretty. As for Skin by ME....Elisha (one of two in this studio) was awesome. Sweet as molasses, but don't be fooled, she is very talented and very educated in skin care. She doesn't just go through the motions to earn her money. She cares, she provides tips, information, and most importantly doesn't force products down your throat. Calm and relaxed, this is heaven. My skin was glowing...I was even told I looked like I didn't have a facial, right after by my friends. They said I was glowing. If any of you are familiar with facials, most people go straight home and don't leave for at least one day...it can be a horrible sight of blotches and redness that is not the business. Also, Elisha always has specials. She posts them on her FB business account, so go hit that "like" button and thank me later. 15% off your first facial, I ain't mad at that ;) She also sells Dermologica products, which she also runs sales on too, which you should know, NO ONE every discounts that stuff!!
