I asked my friends and they all agreed that it was not a standard position. I was going to just let it go because Karina seemed sweet. But when I asked to be removed from her promotion list and kindly asked if she wanted feedback about my experience, she was incredibly unprofessional and nasty. Of course it was painful. It is hair being ripped out. But it was so much less painful than my previous experience. I'd say a 4 out of 10. I know my next time will be even easier. She also did my underarms. Again, efficient and thorough. She even used a bright light at the end to make sure she gets the stubborn hairs. You get a punch card. 5 services and the 6th one is free.
