    I highly recommend wedding house! They always gave me a courtesy call or sent me a text to remind me of any upcoming appointments and were extremely flexible with scheduling throughout the process. I really couldn't have planned the wedding without them. They just had a wealth of knowledge to share. Also, they have a pretty wide selection of wedding dresses. The owner of the shop knows exactly what would look great on you and brings you several dresses she recommends. I just chose two from the ones she chose for me and loved it. Easy peasy.

    My wife looked around at a few different wedding shops but ended up picking The Wedding House because they had the best dresses that fit her well. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided all the accessories she needed for the big day, including a separate dress for the reception as well as clothes for the ring bearer and flower girl. We didn't realize until afterwards that a few of our friends had also gone to them as well. They made my already beautiful wife look like a princess for our special day!

    Great experience with the wedding house !!! They have a lot of beautiful dresses to chose from so it took me a while to choose one for my engagement photo and one for my wedding. But Jiah helped me get through it really smoothly :) and the owner who fitted the dress showed great attention to the details and made sure the dress not only fitted right but looked right as well. All the fitting was really fast and smooth too. And also they were really good at following up with our next meeting schedule. On the wedding day, I had to move around a lot with the puffy dress but Again Jiah helped me a looooot to make it easier and smoother. She stayed with us through the entire wedding and reception and made sure dress and taxido look good on us the whole time. Thank you so so much for helping us to make our wedding day perfect Jiah!! You are the best I strongly recommend wedding house to be part of your special day

    2.5 stars, rounded up. The Wedding House owner was generally a lot more welcoming and friendlier than other Korean-owned wedding shops that my now wife and I visited around k-town. The other reason we decided to go with a package from Wedding House was the price. We visited about 3 other shops before coming here. Since she was able to try on some dresses that she liked, that plus the much better price were what eventually led us decide to spend our money here. Our package included rental of 1 bride's ceremony dress, 1 bride's reception dress, 1 groom's suit, suits and dresses for 3 groomsmen and 3 bridesmaids, and a ring bearer. Overall, everything was mostly fine, but there were some details that took away from being a 5-star experience for us. First of all, most of us in the bridal party went in for a couple different fittings, but when trying on all of our clothes (after the final fittings), the bridesmaids dresses were a little tight (almost uncomfortable) and the dress shirts for the groomsmen were very loose. The guys were practically swimming in those shirts (one of them just ended up bringing his own white dress shirt from home that fit properly). My bride's dress was fitted while she wore these really high heels provided at the shop, but she didn't wear those same heels for the wedding, so the dress ended up dragging and getting caught a lot more than we expected. For a lot of people who get married, I think it's the small details that help make a wedding go from pretty good to absolutely wonderful. After having already been a customer at The Wedding House, I'm not sure if I can say that they have that higher level of attention to detail.

    I highly recommend the wedding house for a great customer service and high quality of work. I rented dresses for my bridesmaids and the dresses that I rented was the brand new dress. Mrs. Ham was generous enough to allow us to wear the brand new dress at a good price and to alter the dresses for my bridesmaids with perfection. Also, my sister could not try the dress before the wedding, but the dress fit perfectly.

    This place took care of my wife's wedding dresses, the dress for our photo shoot, her bridesmaids dresses and the tuxes for my groomsmen. Very good value for the service provided. The staff improved between the time we began fittings and our wedding date and the girl we worked with towards the end was pretty nice and spoke English well. The main woman doesn't speak much English at all so it is much better if you have a translator. The seem to cater to the Korean market but they seemed happy to work with us regardless. Good experience overall.

    I love the wedding house! They had the perfect dress for me only 2 months before the wedding and had the most affordable package! I rented two dresses - one for ceremony and one for reception (I have attached photos) and also three tuxedos - for my husbands and our fathers. The package included alterations for everything as well. Oh and also any accessories like jewelry, tiara, hairpiece and veil were included too! I will recommend this shop to any future brides!

What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

I didn't even realize how well-known and sought-after she was when we first connected. She made me feel supported, confident, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. Because of her, I experienced almost no stress while planning our wedding. She didn't just bring my vision to life--she gave me everything I dreamed of and more. What I appreciated most was how intentional she was about creating a wedding that felt authentically us. She took the time to understand who we were as a couple and brought that vision to life in a way that felt personal, meaningful, and beautiful. I'm also a very detail-oriented and particular person, so I had high expectations. Somehow, every detail exceeded them. Every decision, every recommendation, and every element of the wedding felt thoughtfully planned and executed. One of my favorite memories happened on our wedding day. I had told myself I wasn't going to cry, but after the ceremony, I remember telling MJ how happy I was and how perfect everything had been. She gave me a big smile and told me, "This is why I do what I do," and I honestly almost started crying right there.     Just wanted to sing praises for the amazing support Alexis provided for our wedding dinner at Bar…read moreChelou. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. I am already plotting on when I can plan another party and hire JME :)

From the start, however, we already knew we wanted to work with Lilian and her team. Given that I had more time, somewhat wanted the challenge of planning a wedding, and felt pretty prepared, we opted for the month-of services. Once we started working with Lilian, our wedding-planning life honestly became sooo much easier. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. We needed someone to put all of our ideas together and make them work cohesively. Amber was all of that and a bag of chips. She had fantastic ideas, advice, took care of all of our vendors including the problematic ones, got us organized, gave us monthly tasks to complete, wedding day outline, rehearsal management, and the list goes on and on. Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. Amber, Angela and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we don't consider you a "vendor" but a friend. Thank you for helping us make our vision and dream come true.
