I was the dj for a wedding for the first time at this venue. It's a small intimate venue but very nicely decorated and put together. I think it's good for weddings of 50 or 60 or less. The staff was really friendly. I worked with Marco most of the night, and he was great. You don't need a very large sound system for this venue. They do include Uplights around the room, and even had some simple dance lights for ambience. Food was also tasty. For vendors, the setup was fairly easy. I got a spot in the shopping center parking lot, and was able to load right in. It looked like there was free street parking as well. They also do have an adjacent location for ceremony in the same shopping center that has similar decorations and theme. It looked nice as well from a quick glance inside. read more

My husband and I got married during the pandemic on January 21, 2021. We had to change our date 3 times in 2020 from the continued stay at home orders and such, so planning and finding a venue was beyond difficult-- mind you, we didn't have the vaccines at the time! Regardless of everything, we decided we will get married in January and will just have to cut everyone out, not only because we couldn't land a venue, but also to keep everyone safe even if we had one. We were really bummed about the idea of having to get married in a courthouse. It wasn't my dream and even though we adapted to the circumstances of the pandemic, we still wanted something elegant, simple and nice. I can't even tell you how I found The True Love Wedding Chapel / Albertson Chapel. I scoured the internet for months trying to find a place like this and just when I legitimately GAVE UP, I stumbled across their website! The best decision we ever made was to forego forcing a medium to large size wedding, and just have a special private ceremony with the wonderful folks at The True Love Wedding Chapel! Honestly, there was ZERO PRESSURE. I had been so stressed out before finding this gem and once we took a tour with Patricia, everything was absolutely hassle free! Same day marriage license & officiation plus a gorgeous venue? Who can say no to that?! The package we chose allowed us to have up to 4 guests with us while social distancing. We decided to just wed in front of our parents! The ambiance was gorgeous, our parents were absolutely impressed and happy with our choice! They didn't know what to expect but once they arrived, they thought we had spent a TON of money to land the venue, but the packages are priced so wonderfully fair! Our family who congratulated us on FaceTime were in such awe of the background continuously asking, "where did you find this place?? This looks like a secret garden!" Our officiant, David, was super nice and he was really funny too. He got some really cool intimate details about each of us from each other before the ceremony and so he incorporated that into his speech. It reminded everyone how special our love is. I'll never forget how he presented our wedding date, that we are uniting "on the 21st day in the 21st year of the 21st century!" My heart completely fluttered in that moment like, "wow we really chose an epic date!" :) Our photographer was Serge and we absolutely love the pictures he took for us! We got them in about 2 months, and so I wanted to wait to review them until I got the pictures to give a well rounded experience. I honestly am so happy with everything! They also have a MAGIC MIRROR PHOTO BOOTH! The quality is so amazing! My heart is so full and still is. I never imagined I would ever have to be in a position to have a 6 person wedding. But The True Love Wedding Chapel is the place to do it! The flowers, the ambiance, the mood, the energy, the lights, the safety-- it was all wonderful. Now that things are slowly starting to come back to normal, I highly recommend them. If they can make a depressing pandemic not be a factor in my special day, then imagine how excellent things will be with more people and a more detailed wedding package! Chapels usually have the bad rep of being simple, but this one is so beautiful, simple and elegant. I was impressed by how pretty this location was. Sits about 30-40 guest in the room. If you're looking for a simple venue for a quick marriage, this is your place. I'm not married, but if and when it happens I am definitely going to think of this place first. read more

We were scheduled to be married at the county clerk, but they were booked out for weeks. I looked up same day weddings and found this wedding chapel. And compared to other locations I found, this was not only the best priced but was the closest to the courthouse where we purchased our license. I expected much less from the pictures I saw online. It was actually a really cool looking place with good light and much better decor than the courthouse chapel. Had a bridal room and was private. My wife loved it and we got to take a lot of pictures. The paperwork was important to us and the staff at the chapel knew exactly what to do and filed the license for us. A sensational experience! We didn't want anything fussy or drawn out. We wanted simple simple simple. We didn't expect much for $189 but True Love delivered beyond our expectations. The "chapelette" (their word for a small wedding chapel) is tastefully decorated compared to to other discount chapels I researched. It is big enough, to me, to hold 20 guests but they have a cut off at 10 guests. I guess their target is to go after micro weddings. We got to say our own vows which was great and the minister David was really sweet and pleasant. I love that I didn't have to do anything about getting the paperwork done. I was there about 50 minutes and we got it all done. The ceremony was about 15-20 minutes long. The paperwork took about 20 minutes. All in all, an awesome experience. read more

Got married here June 07,2019 they totally need more reviews. Fast and easy cost almost the same as getting married at court which I did 10 years ago and was a VERY depressing experience. I had my wedding here at 9.15.19. The venue was beautiful. The organizers were so helpful and kind. The ceremony itself was just amazing. It felt personal, they guided us through the whole thing made us feel comfortable. They made all the paperwork easy as well, making sure to guide us through the whole process and explain how everything works. It felt intimate and magical at the same time. just how i imagined our special day would be. Im so thankful that I found this place. We were having a very small (less than 10 people) last minute ceremony on NYE. We booked it about 4 days in advance. The ceremony was set for 11am at True Love Chapel (owned by the same people as Albertson Wedding Chapel next door - they removed my bad review of them because technically we were at TLC not Albertsons but it's the same owners!) They told us we could arrive at 10:30am & have access to the premises. We arrived at 10:36 & they told us they weren't expecting us that early. We had to wait in the parking lot until 10:58 when the cleaning crew finally opened the doors. No one ever came to check on us or accommodate us in any way. read more

Me & my now wife were going to do something very simple like the courthouse for our wedding until we found this hidden gem! We booked our New Years Eve wedding at this chapel. They provide a minister, but we were allowed to bring our own who was our ordained best friend, so it was just the 3 of us! The staff was very accommodating but also let us use the venue as we wished. It felt very private which is what we wanted. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. If i could give 100 stars I would. They made every aspect of my wedding completely perfect. The place inside is gorgeous and makes the occasion truely special. I was originally going to get married by court house but i kept fighting with myself that it didnt feel like a joyous occasion its just so dark and dingy and i didnt feel that i deserved to wear a wedding dress at a courthouse. Once I saw the pictures of this place, I just knew it was meant to be. They have great packages as well that really take care of you as far as licenses, photography, videography, marriage certificate and wedding bouquet! This place was really a one stop shop for it all. The minister David who performed our wedding was amazing, the whole ceremony was beautiful and intimate. It was almost like he knew us by everything he was saying. Music was on point after as well. I wanted to let couples out there know, that the True Love Chapel is super affordable, accommodating, efficient, and to the point. Our ceremony was perfect. It was just the 2 of us. We brought our own minister and our own license. After the ceremony the Notary took care of our paperwork, and did the filing for us free of charge.
